I ordered dart lids for dart 10 oz cups -they advertise that it’s fits the 8oz and the 10oz dart cups great but when I got them it didn’t fit I called them and they say it only fits some not all 10oz cups need to read the fine print , reputable companies will send you a return label and apologize for not being clear but not them they say they are right and you pay return shipping I wouldn’t recommend using them I’m going back to the company I used for years where nothing is ever a problem, I was sure as a first time customer they would try to keep me a customer …sad

I ordered this desk "Realspace Magellan 60"W Corner Desk, Espresso" and received a request for a review from OfficeSupply.com. I gave them 4 stars as all was good besides the desk has lots of Formaldehyde in it and they did not mention it on their website. Only when the desk arrived, you can see the warning stickers on the parts. Kind of too late to learn about it, as the desk already arrived and it's a big headache to put all parts back into the box and set up a pick-up or ship this very heavy box back. I posted my 4-star review and mentioned formaldehyde and they removed my review :-) They don't want people to know the truth.

I purchased Sharpie product 12 dz. for my customer, my buyer company within 15 days never recieved delivery.
when i call to office supply, they told order deliver within 2 days. but they never providing any tracking #.
this company is very very unresponsible , not happy at all

Ordered a few small things at a discount from other sites but I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe from their email list but found it impossible. They will not let you go. So unless you’re ok with getting numerous future emails from them don’t even think of purchasing anything from them.

My clear bins came in great condition, packed well, shipped, and received quickly and good communication about the delivery process and receipt.

Horrible company & scams. Do not order anything from this company. I will make sure in my power OfficeSupply.com go out off business. Bad business & fake customer service.

Ordered 2 products and one of them had missing items. All of the phone numbers, chat bots, and emails listed to contact them about returns or refunds are dead ends. I did receive what I ordered but there seems to be no back end on customer service when something goes wrong. Will not use again.

I tried to order Canon ink for my printer and did not notice that it was incompatible with my model. I opened the end of the box but did not disturb any of the sealed ink. They refused to let me return this item because I opened the box. I lost $136.00. Don't use this Company! Horrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Purchased some modeling clay at a premium price but needed it for future job. Didn’t open it for a few weeks until ready to use and realized it was not what I expected. When I called about returning it I was told it was past 30 days. I offered to pay a restocking fee but they wouldn’t accept. That’s sorry customer service and I won’t buy anything else from them. I own my own business and I bend over backwards to help my customers

Great price but absolutely no support! Sent a file cabinet missing hardware and would not send me the hardware and directed me to a 3rd part vendor. Pay the extra money and buy from a reputable company!!!!!!!!!!

This company didn't give me a promo code as promised. Their sale price was $8.99 when walmart sells the same product for $6.67 as their regular price. This site is a rip off.

1st order with this company and utterly dismayed at the product they sent me. Not only was it mostly made of cardboard, but I got a used product in which EVERY piece was damaged. It had been put together previously and torn apart to be shipped to me! $120 just thrown away!!

I had to return $105.84 worth of products because I ordered the wrong item. I notified OfficeSupply.Com via email of the shipping date and tracking number. After two weeks I still had not heard from them or receiving my refund so I sent a second email. After three weeks of not receiving a reply or getting my refund I sent a third e-mail. They replied saying they had never received my return items! The USPS tracking clearly shows they did!

I accidently over ordered small note pads, so i emailed them and they havent responded. Its allready been 11 days and no word. Its my fault. I should have done better research. Remember folks order from a well known buisiness. I advise future window shoppers to not be a customer of officesupply.com

Do not use or trust Officesupply.com. They will con you. They sent me fake, phony products. My window cleaning business loves & exclusively uses Glass Plus. I ordered cases of Glass Plus from OfficeSupply.com, which is supposed to be manufactured by a particular company. Officesupply.com sent me a product made by another unauthorized manufacturer with a fake label that purports to be the real company. The cleaner itself is NOT Glass Plus and does not perform well. My window cleaning company has used Glass Plus over 30 years, and I can tell you this phony product smells different, does not clean effectively, and is a much darker shade of blue- which causes it to leave blue stains if dripped on carpets or walls. The strong blue color also permanently stains furniture & wood floors. The label on the back of this FAKE product says this is licensed to Diversy. This is a lie. I phoned the actual manufacturer. Their rep tells me they have no licensing agreement with Diversy. OfficeSupply.com is a con job. Do not use them. Do not trust them.

Be sure to read the return policy before ordering. I received a product that was extremely poor quality and decided to return it rather than upset my staff and customers. I had opened one package of 25 items (that's how I knew it was inferior. When contacting Office supply for a return authorization, this is considered my "choice" to return the item, not a defective or wrong item so I have to pay for shipping to return it and can only return unopened items. I'll take the loss here and beware of future orders or I'll simply go back to ordering from Amazon who values their customer's satisfaction. BTW: the item I got was from Office Depo! I re-ordered an Avery product for less money.

Terrible customer service! Canceled my order for no reason and gave me some lame explanation. Would never order anything from them!

Ordered a laminating machine and needed matte laminating sheets. I received what I ordered, but although the description of the sheets stated matte, they were glossy. Had very frustrating emails from their customer service. She kept asking if I received what I ordered. Yes, I did. BUT THE DESCRIPTION WAS WRONG. She then gave me the information on the right product, but no offer to fix what they had done. I even asked if they would waive $9 shipping, and then her response was to AGAIN ask if I received what I ordered. Finally gave up and ordered elsewhere.

I ordered some supplies. I got a message that they were shipped the following day. The day after that they arrived. Perfect transaction.

OfficeSupply.com is an amazing company. I ordered 78 Purell TFX dispensers from them. Upon arrival I was missing 12 out of the 78 dispensers I ordered and they offered to reship the missing items or give me a refund without any questions asked. They are a remarkable company. I will be buying from them again!
