I ordered bleach wipes that showed they were in stock. I received a confirmation email that my order was placed and advised me I would get a tracking number the next day. That never happened.
A week later I contacted them and got no response other than a generic automated email.
Then I received an email the item was out of stock â an item I shouldâve received by this point â and theyâd refund me.
I waited for the refund and didnât receive it so I called. A couple of days later the refund magically appeared after I complained.
To make things worse they rejected my reviews on their website because it wasnât glowing.
Stay clear of this company. Trust the negative reviews.
Awful -- ordered an office desk at theâŠ
Awful -- ordered an office desk at the end of October 2020 , delivery set for 12/1. Get a call on 12/1 and they say the desk never made it to the "dock". No communication on anything. Called over the course of the next few weeks and they were still "trying to find the desk". Called a few weeks later and miraculously the desk has been ready for delivery for weeks! Set the date to be delivered today 1/14/20 for them to tell me that today was the date I would get my two hour window period and it will be delivered tomorrow. Huh? Who confirms delivery date to be the date you get your delivery window and not the actual merchandise? Call customer service to see if there is anyway to be compensated/discounted for the inconvenience over 2 months of waiting and a whopping $30 will be awarded as credit on a $500+ dollar office desk. Sounds like it should suffice don't you think? Will never order again from these people. $30 is probably a big discount when you have 75% of your customers requesting refunds/compensation. Do better...
Incompetent!!!
At least five times they have ask for a tax exempt form. I sent it four times, the last time I told them they were incompetent. But wait, I got another request for the tax exempt form after they confirmed they received it! I will go out of my way not to order from them ever again!
Completely satisfied with my order
Ordered a very nice office chair for a great price and it was delivered within 24 hours. One suggestion to the department handling orders would be to send customers a confirmation email and a tracking number in it, otherwise no complaints, great service in fact.

POOOOR Customer Service
I bought a couple different things, one of them was three reams of Hammermill premium colored copy paper. This paper is terrible, it absorbs all the ink and there is no bright colors using this paper, even though it's called premium color copy paper. When I tried to see if I could return it I basically would have to pay shipping which basically would cut any kind of refund in half due to the cost of shipping. It's a shame they don't pack their products like they should. Doubt that I will ever use again. And I'm also sorry I didn't see Trustpilot's reviews prior to ordering.

Order AAA batteries and they just put in box loose with box they went in torn up abc batteries are just rolling around the box. Even getting the BBB involved this company still donât care they try and say the product is good which I have no idea those batteries could be bad since they was just laying in there. Customer service stinks. The president of this company needs to see all the bad reviews they have gotten I am not the only one. They donât care about their customers

Bought a 25" x 70" reversible table which arrived a couple days after placing an order. Very quick shipping is the nicest thing I can say about the item. The package was dropped at some point and the corner of the table crushed. Contacted Office Supply and their first response was that they had to contact the manufacture to issue a return. First of all I didn't place the order through the manufacture, I placed the order through Office Supply. They issued me a return authorization anyway and told me I had to repackage the large and heavy table and call UPS to arrange for pickup or drop it off at one of their offices. Why should I have to spend the time and effort repackaging the table and the time to make sure it is picked up and sent back prior to them issuing a replacement or sending a new table. Pictures of the damage were taken and sent to Office Supply when I complained about the damage. I will never recommend or purchase from Office Supply again due their return policy after proving the item I received was damaged beyond use. I'd give Office Supply zero stars if possible.

Ordered 10 bottles of gel toilet bowl cleaner and package of k-cups.
Received box this morning and entire contents are leaked in box. 10 bottles of liquid bleach! Of course, I did not know this when I picked up the package in the dark at 630 this morning when it was delivered (yes, delivered at 630am) and it got all over my expensive work clothes. Completely ruined a $90 pair of jeans and sweater cardigan from White House Black Market.
Called company to let them know and they offered a refund for items but not my expensive clothing that was ruined. Told me they use 3rd parties and are not responsible which is BS bc you are always liable if youâre business partner is providing a faulty product or service.
I plan to legally pursue this as Iâve ruined $200 in clothes for a $50 shipment.

I wish I had checked their Better Business Bureau rating or their reviews on any other site before purchasing with them. This company baits customers in with âestimated delivery dateâ info on each product page. However after speaking with multiple customer service reps they confirmed that third party suppliers ship their items so they have no visibility to estimated delivery dates nor can they effect the dates in any way. Therefore, they are deliberately including misleading information on the product pages that make a customer more inclined to shop with them, thinking theyâll get their package sooner if they purchased from officesupply.com rather than another company selling the same item. Donât shop with this business. I purchased an expensive item as a gift thinking it would arrive in time. The estimated delivery date was tomorrow and the item is still âprocessingâ & hasnât even shipped yet. A rep told me yesterday that it was shipping out by end of day yesterday. That came & went, the item is still âprocessingâ. Iâll be without a gift to give unfortunately, and the rep I spoke with today didnât so much as offer an ounce of understanding to my situation nor apologize for the misleading information they provided. Please shop elsewhere. Youâll be glad you did.
UPDATE:
After finally getting a tracking number, I learned that they use LTL freight companies. My tracking page through the freight carrier said âawaiting apptâ so I called the freight carrier. Office Supply provided the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to them for my contact info so the freight carrier had been unable to contact me to schedule delivery. So I checked my order confirmation email from office supply - I gave them the correct phone number. I scheduled my delivery appt day, and the hours came & went that day. At the end of the evening the tracking status changed from âout for deliveryâ back to âappointment scheduledâ. I called the freight companyâs customer service, who advised me that drivers have an hour limit & once they go over, they take the remaining freight back to the warehouse & are done for the day. I spent 30 mins on the phone figuring out what happened, then rescheduling delivery. Officesupply.com should NOT be using LTL freight companies to ship consumer goods. The average private consumer does not know the ins & outs of coordinating with a freight company, nor should they have to when they didnât know what they were signing up for when purchasing from officesupply.com
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. After placing the order and being accepted (and paid via Paypal) I received a voice message to call back in regards to my order status. When I finally got in contact with their "headquarter customer support", I received an extensive scrutiny given that my shipping address was different from my bill to address. I thought it would be as easy as confirming the information, wrong! She continued with extensive list of questions that I considered personal. She was rude and condescending. I ended up cancelling the order. They just lost a good customer!

I received my ink the next day, and I received my glue a few days later, the day they estimated the delivery would be. I guess there might be a problem if you have to do a return, but I saved over 50% on my glue, so I'll definitely order from this company again.

Just a Little Passive Aggressive Comment, Concerning Their False Advertisements
Ok, so where to begin? Well, truthfully, I'm a little conflicted by how I feel about my order purchase. To start, I just want to go ahead and get the shipment part of my transaction out of the way: As far as shipment goes, I received my product in about two weeks time; Which was to be expected, I didn't pay the extra for expedited shipping.
*Now onto the interesting part of my order:
I ordered a couple reams of paper and a 40 page capacity 4-hole punch that was advertised (and pictured on the page) as a Bostitch product; and, in truth, it was one of the reasons I ordered it. Now, I know that some people get a little too hung up on brand names, but I assure you, one of the main reasons I ordered this brand was because it was one that I recognized and trusted. Well, what they sent me was by some brand called Paperpro. The picture of the model hole puncher they sent looked very similar to the product pictured, just with a totally different brand logo slapped on it.
Now, here is where I'm a little conflicted. The model they sent, isn't at all that bad. It's a pretty reliable product, and I'm content with the quality of it. I just wish they would advertise what you were actually getting instead of lying about the brand name to get people to buy it. This is false advertisement on your behalf officesupply.com, and you know it. And the strange part is, I went back and looked at some reviews about the company/website and I found that I am not the only one in the past to have addressed this issue; in fact, there are numerous accounts of people claiming the exact same thing from numerous products they sell online.
Overall, I'm not totally dissatisfied with my purchase. But I am going to judge critically based on the scam you are running. Get your crap together officesupply.com.
I purchased a desk monitor stand onâŠ
I purchased a desk monitor stand on August 10, 2020, I received the product on August 14, and noticed the product packaging was taped together and bent. I removed the product, and became aware that the monitor stand was missing 2 legs. I notified the company immediately and have only received automated email responses. I requested a status update, to no avail. I cannot use the product without all of the legs.

Update: The order stated below was placed on August 10, 2020. As of September 3, they sent an email stating "A refund has been processed to go back to the method of payment used to place the order." It is now September 10th, 2020, still waiting for my refund.
Needed to redo my office so I needed somewhere to buy a couple of desks, chairs, and filing cabinets along with some other small items. I found OfficeSupply.com online via an Ad for desks. I was wary so I ended up ordering one desk for my son since school starts soon and I could not wait. The desk showed up with the box ripped open and clearly damaged.
I contacted OfficeSupply.com to resolve the matter. No apology, acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I have called, sent an email and they have not affirmed this issue has been resolved. I would not recommend or purchase from them again.

I ordered a cleaner with bleach that I use and could not get anywhere. I found that Office Supply.com had it in stock, so I ordered it and some Kleenex hand towels. Everything shipped quick and arrived in perfect condition. I had a great experience and will shop with them again.
