I should have trusted other peoples reviews. They took my credit card info and then cancelled my order our of no where...

Bait and Switch. They bait you first first time coupon. Then when you purchase, they will cancel and without explaining real reason but just repeating “it’s cancelled” over and over again. And when I asked if they can offer me same coupon they said they cannot. Wow. Why did I give them my email for the coupon pop-up? I hope they don’t sell my data…

I was a bit skeptical at first ordering from this site as there were so many bad reviews, but my experience with them seemed to be perfectly fine. I ordered 2 rolls of masking tape, 2 ink cartridges, and 2 desk sorters. Their prices were cheaper than all other competitor websites and they all arrived in 2 days. I've never had stuff arrive this quick. Truly miraculous. Order was packaged well and arrived undamaged. I honestly have no idea what the other reviewers experienced but I have no complaints. 5/5 stars.

Horrible. I ordered an item on Feb 4th. Still haven't received it. Customer service no help at all. Beware!

Had the chair I wanted for $150 cheaper than office Depot. It arrived 4 days later on the projected date. The chair did contain some small defects, a small tear near a screw hole that was covered by an arm rest, and a 1" crack on the plastic telescoping part that covers the lift arm. I felt for the price the defects were worth it, but was not too thrilled that I was not informed that this would be part of the deal.

The company shipped the wrong color paper on a re-order at their site. We have to pay for the return. Difficult to work with.

Total scam. BEWARE they do not have the products they advertise. They take your money then they go out and look for a similar product on ebay and thats what they send you. Go ahead dont believe me give it a try. Then ask for tracking and see what they tell you..

ordered two items from office hut, kettle and toaster 15th July 2022 paid for in full and still not received, all messages, emails go unanswered and phone number they give is constantly engaged, sounds like a scam to me, now seeking legal advice to get money back. do not trust or use this company total rip off.

I have placed several orders from office supply, and they’ve all been shipped quickly and well packaged. Customer service has been awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely shop there again (like tomorrow 😂)

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a HON ignition chair from this company. As a new mother of twins who just returned to working from home, I’ve had a lot of back and shoulder pain so I researched best but affordable chairs. Once it arrived, the wheels kept falling off and I was afraid of exacerbating my injuries rather than helping! When I looked into returning the item, I learned I’d have to disassemble and ship back at my expense. I’m not physically able to disassemble the product and even if I can, the expense of shipping back such a large item would be very high. Now I’m out almost $400 and still don’t have a functioning chair. It really wish I’d stuck with Amazon, which even offers the chair for $5 less.

This company is Scam, We placed an order on september 3rd. We received an email that order has been processed, then another email with payment process completed. We reviewed order in website and shows as Cancelled. No professional company. Dont buy with them.

I wanted to leave a review because this website was questionable because of the reviews I read. I went ahead and ordered because they had what i wanted at a better price than anywhere I could find. I ordered 3 packs of job folders and I received them in 2 days and they were just what I ordered. I did not have to deal with their customer service so I cant review that part. I hope this helps someone.

I called the order in and spoke to Karen. I told her to mark secure box- please very fragile. I ordered 6-1 gallons on July 5. I received the order on July 7. Lighting fast shipping. Karen did an outstanding job of taking my order over the phone and following my requested directions. When the items arrived in 2 boxes very well packaged. Taped up very good the 2 boxes. No leaking soap out of the 6-1 gallon containers. The 6-1 gallon bottles were not smashed either. Item as described. Highly recommended. Would definitely buy from again.

I am very disappointed in the service of this company. I purchased what I thought was an executive 1” 3-ring binder to replace mine. A different version was sent definitely inferior. I called to get a return but the instructions were unreadable. After deciphering to get the RA#, I found I had to pay for the return and repack in the same box which was 10 times bigger than the notebook. Cost to return was not even feasible! I felt scammed. The big box cost me more in shipping when they sent it and assured it would be unprofitable for me to return the product. Also the policy says they can simply refuse the package. Terrible service.

*****! Ordered a glass chair mat for 70% of the next lowest price I could find and it was delivered in an Office Depot (which I understand owns OfficeSupply.com) truck in perfect condition. Was hesitant to place the order because of the negative reviews. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought 3 packs of hard-to-find trash bags. They were priced very reasonably.
Plus I got free shipping on them, and it arrived "Next Day".

I must be one lucky guy, as I've placed several orders from officesupply.com over the last 18 months, and have only had one actual problem - except that issue was on the manufacturer's side, and when I wrote officesupply.com support, they shipped a replacement fairly quickly. Now, I don't leave reviews very often, but after my most recent order that was placed late Monday night and received early Wednesday afternoon, I kinda figured a 5-star review was in order!

Ordered 6 large 44 gallon rubbermaid trash cans. Tracking numbers show all was delivered but only 3 arrived WITHOUT LIDS. Top trash can was in a bag with shipping details, which was fit within the other 2 cans. From the way they "packed" the cans, it's very possible that UPS lost the bottom 3 since there was no packing info on them. UPS could have lost all but the one with tracking info. OfficeSupply should NOT "pack" like this, and UPS should NOT have accepted this. Unbelievable.

Not sure of the other negative reviews, but I got a incredible price and super fast shipping on my product. Totally happy. Thanks

This company is looking shady. Ordered electrical equipment and never got it. The comments in the tracking say it was send. No it WAS NOT.
The phone, email and chat are dead ends. What a surprise. Lets see if they call or email me back and do the right thing... How about my money, that's a good place to start. Hey do you know if that are off shore?
