Absolutely great customer service. Following a delivery failure by DPD, Direct hoses sorted it and arranged alternative delivery for me the next day. Would highly recommend.

Avoid like the plague!!

I purchased a grey 7 jet washer from these guys, and in under 3 months my hose split!! My hose had not been kinked nor damaged in any way whatsoever.

After many attempted calls to the number provided and getting no answer, I had to get the hose fixed myself which I don’t know how long it will last..
I then emailed the sales team which I assumed was the only sure way to get a response which I did,asking for proof of the damages..I sent a photo of the fixed hose that I had to get done myself. But haven’t had a response in 3weeks!!!
Considering the item comes with a warranty,how does someone get their faulty goods fixed/changed etc!!!
For a 3 month old item I feel this is totally inadequate customer service!! God forbid anything go wrong with the actual jet wash itself cos I’d be completely f****d,£350 down the pan!!
Avoid this company they are a disgrace!!

Ok, it's early days yet regarding the reliability of my new hose but I have to give full marks to Mark for his customer service. I have an aging 20+ year old Alto pressure washer (pre Nilfisk) and the hose developed a leak. I called Nilfisk and was told that there were no spares available for my model. I emailed Direct Hoses with a few photos of the hose connections and asked if they had anything that would suit my machine. Mark got back to me and told me that the connectors Nilfisk used were pretty much the same as they had used for many years across the range. He also provided a link to the hose I required and so I placed an order. The hose arrived today and fits perfectly. I see that this hose fits quite a few Nilfisk models so I am not impressed with what I was told by Nilfisk. I suspect that they just want people to buy a new machine rather than supply spares.

Despite a fair few negative reviews, I didn't hold out much hope for a satisfactory outcome when I received a faulty hose for my B&D pressure washer.......How wrong as I??!!! I emailed explaining the issue that the lance end connector was not correctly crimped onto the pipe and leaked under pressure, attatching a short video. Mark/Marcus/Sam provided an email response, apologised, accepted liability & arranged to replace/collect the faulty item all within 4 days by DPD Courier. Replacement item was of high quality and works perfectly.....Unfortunate situation remedied to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.

Negative reviews are true to form.useless incompetant company

I found them to be very helpful, I had an issue with a pressure washer hose they supplied, A few emails and it was all sorted out. The replacement hose been faultless and high quality. Mark was very helpful and got the replacement to me very quickly which was great considering it was nearly Christmas which as we know is a busy time to get anything delivered on time.,

This is the worst outfit I have ever had the misfortune of dealing. 1st I sent a message is hose compatible with what I have yes was the response within half n hour, paid for it received quickly thru post and then it all when down hill that was over 2 weeks ago it is now 31/3/22. lots of messages no reply, lots of calls (answer phone, no replies) got to speak to someone called Mark week and half later, explained the issues and he promised to send replacement out to me for Monday and other hose would picked up at the same time, now the following Fri and nothing, so rang again I got an answer (Mark! sorry been out of office for a few days) said that last time, give me 10 mins I did send your hose out will find out what as happened. 15 mins later I rang back (answer phone left another message that's about 10 now in total) and like all the other times I do not expect a reply. This company does not deserve to be in business, the customer service is a sham. Avoid this company don`t take my word for it read the reviews

Have to say they definitely have exceptional quality hoses, Bought one for Bosch Pressure washer and arrived in perfect time when needed. I HIGHLY recommend this company there products are high grade. The hose to my opinion is way better then the original Bosch for sure. Thankyou Directhoses!!

The hose I purchased from this company for my Kranzle K7 split after just 4 months use rendering it unuseable. I contacted them and after a wait got a reply asking for photos, I sent the photos and I've heard nothing since. Agree with most others experience with this business, absolutely abysmal customer service. I'll never buy from you again.

An expensive pressure washer hose, fell apart immediately after taking out of the box, ends not crimped on properly, slides everywhere and on top of that the karcher fittings don’t actually fit into the gun or pressure washer, there a few millimetres too wide…awful quality, awful customer service, just avoid at all costs.

I purchased a short trigger gun for my karcher pressure washer lest than 5 months ago
at first it was great till the hose kept disconnecting,
I got in contact with mark via there email service to which I had no response, I then rang there number and got the answer phone service so I left a message and had no reply
I sent another email explaining that I was trying to get hold of them and mark replied and asked me to send a photo, which I did straight away and mark replied saying that I would need to replace the adapter on the gun with a new plastic one. And that the last I have heard I have emailed and rang but now he won’t answer at all
The after sales service is totally unacceptable
I would warn others not to purchase from direct hoses

All seemed well at first. Bought a longer flexible hose for my Nilfisk which was fine for about 8-10 uses. Then the hose split in a couple of places. Emailed and had a reply from Mark asking if I use it everyday, told him it was for washing the car if the weather was dry, used it less than a dozen times. Then no further response from them, just completely ignore all communication. I asked on a detailed Facebook page and there was a massive negative response from lots and lots of people saying the same. I’d honestly find somewhere else to buy from as they don’t do after sales service. Once you’ve paid they couldn’t care if the products are faulty!

A brilliant company selling quality products. I have bought 3 of the All Black 9's, and given 2 of them to family members who were blown away with the quality compared to well known yellow brand!!

All 3 had the 15m hose, which makes it much easier for getting around a car or cleaning the drive while leaving the machine in situ.

The one that I have had nearly 3 years, had a pressure issue that I messed around with and broke the pressure switch. I called Sam, sent a video, Mark replied with a remedy, the new part arrived the following day. Within a couple of minutes, it was back to normal. With the well knows machines I have had in the past, you have the throw them away when you get issues. The All Black 9 is much cheaper, has a solid construction, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough!!

I have called Mark a few times in the past, and have always be dealt with, great knowledge and always keen to help.

A really great company selling a superb product

Ordered a replacement lance hose for a Titan power washer in August 2021, hose with the wrong connection sent. After an email conversation with somebody called Marcus sent it back with a picture of the correct fitting.
Despite several emails and phone calls (always goes to answer phone) still awaiting either a refund or a replacement. Hopeless customer service, avoid this company at all costs!

After owning the karcher fitment hose for 6 months and used to wash the car every 2 weeks the hose split in several places I emailed direct hoses and explained the problem they then wanted photos and then at my expense to return the hose so that it could be inspected to which they said the hose had excessive wear (surface scratches from the driveway) and would not be covered by the warranty.These in my opinion aren't worth the money and avoid at all costs!

Bought hoses / trigger bits and pieces earlier this year all arrived and worked fine, very supportive and gave me some options of what to buy, called personally last week t look at further purchases, very helpful again and will use them again assuming pricing is fair and reasonable

Replacement hose for Titan washer ordered and delivered within 3 days. Hose is certainly more flexible than original and fittings were perfect fit . Tested the hose and fittings on arrival but await long term useage to determine quality and druablity of hose.

I was very reluctant to buy here because of the reviews. Of course if your buying a £200 pressure washer designed for homes, it’s going to break if your using it everyday as a Detailer. Detailer’s stop being so cheap! Anyway; amazing service, next day delivery in an emergency. WhatsApp support with fittings I need.

Purchased several items from Direct Hoses, wrong hose was sent out and after several weeks still no response from emails regarding getting the hose returned and a replacement sent out. Not good customer service, will certainly not be purchasing from Direct Hoses or recommending them to anyone.

Following this review, I did finally get contacted two weeks later and my issue sorted out, no apologies for the delays or any explanation. Good products, just let down by slack service.
