I was told by Karcher that i needed to purchase a new lance with hose at around £270. I then realised that i could take the lance apart and just replace the hose. Direct hoses took my eye because they were made in house and have been making them for 40 years. I ordered one for £35, it arrive in less than 48hrs and the quality is superb nd a perfect fit. They are happy to discuss your hose requirements before purchse. Absolutely superb, thanks guys

I ordered a Karcher K series 10 meter flexiwash  with swivel adapter. Great quality hose and it doesn’t kink does exactly what it says on the tin. Ordered on the bank holiday Monday and arrive by the Thursday 8 o’clock in the morning. Great service for standard delivery. I shall use you guys again

Had a couple of dealings with this company over the past couple of years. Superb service and quality, emails answered within 24hrs. Just purchased a grey 7 washer to replace my karcher K5, what a pleasure it is to use, more robust and quiet in comparison.

I recently found a product I wanted to purchase after hours of research.
Unfortunately it was out of stock,
Emailed the company who advised on expected restock date and signed up to the reminder service they provide. Company managed to get stock earlier than expected and notified me.
I purchased the item with extras and my item came 2 days later.

Absolute joke of a company, purchased in April had a leak, only just got my refund from paypal end of July. Bought another from a different seller on ebay all up and working. This seller does not respond to emails, does not test his products, never answers the phone.
Lacks basic customer service skills, had to get paypal involved, taken two months to get a return and refund, now at a loss for the postage to return back, There are other sellers out there dont buy from Direct Hoses if you dont want a bad experience

I ordered the wrong hose for my Karcher pressure washer so rang first about a replacement - very easy to get through. Then arranged return and replacement via email. Replacement was not in stock but kept fully informed and arrived within couple weeks with great communication and updates. Some negative reviews here on Trustpilot but i thought they were great and the hose looks really good quality and way and above better than the original Karcher which burst within a few months of use. I bought hose for my macallister jet wash,
It’s not fit on my machine and I asked for refund they asking me for pictures and evidence, why I need to send back for refund, simply paying with me,
Before you buy make sure it’s the correct one, cuz for refund you have to run often then

Bought a hose and after having a problem I contacted them and the were more than happy for me to return the hose . The hose was repaired and sent back to me within a week . Great customer service . Thank you
Karcher replacement 15 metre hose

Ordered a brand new hose and trigger. Item came wet with damages on it. I didn’t purchase a used product

I needed a replacement hose for a Clarke 9000 jet wash. I tried all sorts of suppliers who could not help. Clarke use a 15mm spiggot which is unusual most use 14mm it seems. I emailed Direct Hoses, explained the problem and they recommended a hose and gun to which I added a long lance from them too. It arrived today. I have tested it with no leaks and the choice of spray heads it comes with are ideal. No idea how long it will last but I am happy with the quality and service so far. Well done Sam and Mark.

Paid £60 or so for a “high pressure hose” which is nothing but. The thread is literally made of tin and fits nothing. I didn’t even get to use it to see how bad it was. Took it to an engineering firm who were literally in hysterics at the quality
Refund? No chance. They blank your contact requests.
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought a 15mtr hose and stubby gun last April. After 10 or so uses the machine kept surging to re pressurise every 5 seconds. Not leaking anywhere. Emailed them and it's been 6 months with no reply. There original reply that it was the rubber o rings and that they supplied spared with the kit (they didnt) nearly 12 months on and can't use it properly. Stay well clear and shop somewhere else

Order number #31556. Started the annual drudge of power washing the patio with Karcher K2 Power Washer when hose started spraying water out of various holes. Researched a replacement and this company was by a million miles the best. Very, very clear identification of hose required for my model, price ab fantastic,order process and delivery top class. Quality of product better than original. Well done guys.

Bought hose for Karcher K4 for over £80 plus shipping. After 6 months and about 25 uses, the hose split while foaming my car, hose has never been damaged in any way, so the quality is very poor. My Karcher hose that came with the washer is several years old and I am back using it because of this Direct Hose one bursting. Send email with pictures, got no response, after a few more emails was asked for more pictures. Took the request pictures and sent them back via email, then no response to multiple emails asking them for an update and over a month. This is obviously a one man band and support is non existent, so forget about warranty or support.

Can't fault my experience in relation to ordering and delivery of items as all was quick and effortless. I had ordered a new hose & short trigger gun set and was delivered quick, I tried them on my pressure washer to check for any issues and was happy to see no leaks and short trigger gun works amazing compared to the pressure washer branded gun.
I can't comment on customer service as not needed to speak with them at the time of writing this, so from my experience, I would use these again and would recommend.

Ordered a so called direct replacement hose for my Bosch Pressure washer. When it arrived it clearly was not the correct fittings for the trigger gun. I got in touch and received an eventual reply. After back and forth I was told I would receive a replacement and the incorrect one collected however I have heard nothing back since after numerous attempts to get in touch. Very poor service and the hose was not cheap. I have numerous jobs building up due to not receiving the correct hose

I ordered a 20m manual hose and reel option 3. It arrived quickly (a couple of days later) via DHL. I am well pleased with the quality of the hose and reel, but unfortunately, a flange on the reel had become damaged in transit. I sent an email outlining the problem to Directhoses and was immediately offered a replacement or a discount. A great resolution - you can't be fairer than that. Based on my experience, buy from Directhoses with confidence both from the quality of product and the all round excellent customer service.

Ordered a Nilfisk stubby gun and came quickly the quality is exceptional tried it out and it’s performance is brilliant just what I need for valeting cars. Noticed it was made in Germany and not Chinese made as there are a lot that are and not made to a good standard. Well worth the price of just over £30. Well done direct hoses for a fantastic product.

I was looking for a rubber pressure washer hose with M22 female fittings at both ends.

I noticed their Flexiwash Blue range range online and sent an e-mail asking if they had it with those fittings.

They didn't, but I was pleased to hear they would be able to make it for me.

Great quality hose and a better price than all other places offering something similar.

Hose arrived and the connector to my nilfisk gun does not fit as it states it would for my model. I tried to contact Mark at direct hoses via email and telephone and have yet to receive a response.

I would avoid this company.

Like other reviews state - the customer care is non existence.

But elsewhere ie eBay, amazon or reputable retailers for some sort of return policy in place.
