Be warned before spending your money with Mark at Directhoses. On 21st June I ordered a complete Hose reel from website using selection boxes available, a Hose on its own turned up, contacted Mark by email and he shocked me with his awful attitude and sarcasm, I raised the case with Paypal and returned it on 28th June, I am still waiting for refund on 12th July. Any company can sell stuff, their worth shows when problems need solving, worth zero to me.

Update16th July; its now nearly three weeks since the item return and I have needed to raise the dispute to a claim on Paypal.

Update 22nd July; Still no refund or communication so just waiting on Paypal to force the issue.

Faulty hose replaced by return, excellent company to deal with.

Bought a flexiwash hose and it lasted less than a year with about 5 uses before it burst. Contacted customer support several times and have to date never received a reply.
I now have an expensive hose that cant be used.
Save your money and just buy a cheaper hose from amazon. They last longer and if they burst chuck in the bin and buy another one. Still cheaper than Flexihose

Found Mark and his team to be extremely helpful and provided me with the info required to ensure I picked the correct set up for my requirements. I was particularly impressed that they created a bespoke package (reel, hose, short trigger, lance) to fit my needs despite it not being on the website. Delivery was swift and all my dealings with Direct Hoses have been top notch. Highly recommend and if you cannot find what you need then give Mark a call and I am sure he will sort out what you need. 👍🏻

I bought a hose for my pressure washer from Direct hoses (Snow foam your car on Ebay) and it burst within the first half hour of use. When I sent a picture of the perished hose I received a reply to say it looks like it's been caught on a wall. I replied explaining I don't have any walls in my garden and I was pressure washing my patio which is only 5 meters X 3 meters at the time.
I have not received any replies to my numerous emails. Poor customer service to match their poor quality hoses.

I'm incredibly frustrated with Direct Hoses. On January 24th, 2024, I purchased a hose from their store. Just two months later, while washing my car, the hose burst completely. It lost pressure and became unusable.

I contacted Direct Hoses immediately, attaching a picture of the damage for their reference. My email clearly requested a replacement hose, or if unavailable, a refund according to their return policy. However, disappointingly, I have received no response whatsoever from Direct Hoses.

This experience raises serious concerns about their customer service and product quality. A hose bursting after only two months is unacceptable, and the complete lack of communication following my email is unprofessional and leaves me without a solution.

Here's what I would recommend to other potential customers:

Proceed with caution when considering Direct Hoses.
Be aware that you might face issues with product longevity and unresponsive customer service.
Consider searching for retailers with better customer service reputations and quality assurance for pressure washer hoses.

Due to the heavy rain we've had this year have been unable to use it.
I only used it a couple of times last year.
I used my Karcher washer on Saturday. I'd been using it it on/off for a couple of hours when one of the connections came away from the machine 🤷‍♂️
I contacted direct hoses but they were more interested in their 1 year warranty than customer satisfaction.
They offered for me to return hose at my own cost but would repair for free plus a return.
Some might think this is fair but I completely disagree 👎
I would of accepted the return but not at my cost.
Hose has barely been used. Actually 4 times, and only once included last weekend. When you have a company that's more interested in the one year warranty and it's a matter of only 3 weeks over it says it all.
I'm a 40 plus years experienced tradesmen and I can honestly say a high percentage of manufacturers would either replace or a satisfactory outcome.
I would advise keep away from these sort of companies.
Oh and by the way. The hose is the flexible hose which definitely is as stiff as a broom and no improvement on the Karcher. I think they also have updated their hoses by description. 🤔
Far from impressed or happy with the outcome.

Saw Direct hoses online as I wanted a longer replacement hose for my Karcher K7 as the original hose kept tangling itself up which can be pretty frustrating.

So I ordered a 15m replacement from Direct Hoses which turned up quickly.

The quality is great & easy enough to fit (had to remove the one black rubber hose support to connect to the washer end, but easy enough to slip it off)

No more pesky tangling & the extra 5m of hose is a great help.

15m is about the max you can get on the K7 washer wind up hose reel drum.

Very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered a 15m replacement hose for my Karcher K4 pressure washer. The supplied one is awful twisty plastic and too short. This replacement is a game changer and brilliant quality. Can’t wait to wash the car. Delivered really quickly. Quite expensive though.

Well where do I start purchased the ab9 detailing kit from them the ab9 would only work for about 10 min before shutting off after about 4 months of emails eventually got a replacement but as out of stock got the or11 5 min of first use and hose split have been emailing them since no response at all worst company I have ever purchased from throughly regret it

Hose leaks from the gun hit new k4 karcher, correct fitting inserted all the way and locked but still leaks, frustrating! Let's hope I get a refund.

Purchased Replacement hose for Karcher K4, push in fitting. Fittings were not straignt/aligned and were not even positioned correctely within the actual hose, so no way was it fitting into the Karcher hand gun properly. Tried multiple hand guns but no luck, with water turned on just kept leaking badly. Poorly made very poor quality

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with spoke to Marcus/Sam an helped me all the way through to get the right hose connector.. 5 star from me

Great company - I presented them with a non standard fitting problem but they stuck with it and delivered a excellent product eventually - cant recommend enough.

Fantastic service emailed early this morning and got a response within the hour and collected my replacement pressure hose same quality at a third of the price.
