TIME WASTING
It is faster, easier and more certain to speak with a human. The robot delays the interaction and speech is a faster and more accurate way than texting for problem solving. I DO NOT LIKE THIS SYSTEM AND PREFER A PHONE SERVICE!

Name Server recs update
Had to add 6 Name Server recs and there was only space for an extra 5. Chat bot put me through to a real person in a couple of minutes and Micah very efficiently identified my issue and made the updates on my behalf. Courteous, efficient and quick resolution. If only all support experiences were this good!
