Getting my questions answered and our website restored and hosted.
I was able to understand the person I was talking to which is not always the case.
Although I am not experienced in websites and such, I felt I was understood and was able to communicate my questions and concerns.

Service ticket helps fix a self-service VM.
I have a self-service VM which I'm able to manage myself, but encountered a problem involving the restarting of the VM. The Web24 control system includes a virtual console and VM status indicators that allowed me to see what was happening. I was then able to use the service ticket system to ask the Technical Support team to check the virtualisation host operations, and received timely and concise guidance from the team.

Technical issue
I didn't realise my email allowance was full. The bot was getting confused so I called by phone, the operator transfered me to the correct area to fix the problem than it was all fixed within about 15 mins.
Very happy with the service and the outcome.
