I have used Digital Pacific for webhosting for many years and the uptime has been excellent as has the support, although it hasn't been required that often. Prices have stayed reasonably consistent. All round a very good service!

Well managed professional services.
I've been with Digital Pacific since 2020 and I was with them before that too, so I'm a return customer. I have a dedicated server that runs a fairly busy site and I've had only minimal downtime since provisioning this server. This week I had some extra memory added. The cost was good and the scheduled downtime was good. They hit the times and dates they said they would and the whole thing was managed by an account manager Megha who was very good at keeping me updated.
Server feels honeymoon fresh again now, good for another 6 years. Thanks guys.
