DFS Furniture - Westwood Cross Omdömen 

Had a lovely experience at DFS Westwood Cross today when we was buying a new sofa. All the staff where very friendly and we had Georgie served us and she was very helpful and explained everything as we went along. No pressure to buy anything and have a look around before deciding. Would definitely use DFS again in the future and thankyou for all your help.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, patient, and really took the time to explain options and help me choose the right sofa. Delivery information was clear and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. They did not immediately pounce on me the moment I walked through the door.

This review is about the Libbie 3-seater sofa.

Shoddy Workmanship. One armrest has more filling than the other. Seat cushions do not lie flush to edge of frame, they overlap. Ordered foam inserts for firmness but already losing firmness after six or seven uses (only weigh 60 kgs! One person uses). Where the main cushion meets the wrap around the armrest, you can see the join and on checking cushion insert, next to no stuffing. Get what you pay for but at £1,000, I expected more. This sofa might last 6 months at most.

A pleasant experience overall. The young lady, Georgina, dealing with us was brilliant, informative, polite and not pushy….which let’s face it is one of the most important things. She helped us decide on what couch we were after and gave us many options. All in all glad with our purchase and the experience.

The lady staff member was excellent, she took time to walk us around and explain what deals were available and the quality of materials used on certain furniture we were interested in. She's an excellent and knowledgeable staff member, 10/10.

I was impressed that the staff are not on top of you the minute you walk through the door just a gentle reminder every now and then to make sure we'll ok. Always happy when we had any Questions to help us out. Mandy the store assistant was amazing hold on to her she knows what she's doing I brought my sofa and two armchairs.
