Jada was super helpful! She helped us with ordering our new sofa and sat down with us to chat about it and gave us lots of advice on how to care for it. So thankful to her and Lee who helped us out yesterday!

Our advisor 2HW - Daniel was excellent, and friendly throughout our purchase, carefully and with precision explained all of the details of the product, how to care for it, and general information for daily use of the product after delivery.
He explained about the delivery, final payment conditions and how notification would be received via email,for final payment either at any store or online.
He explained how the installation would be handled by the delivery and installation team.
We would add that he is a credit to the store and your business, excellent customer approach.

Calpa made our experience very easy and enjoyable. She got to know our wants and needs and spoke very professionally, yet friendly to myself, husband and children addressing us all personally with our names.
She walked us round the shops giving us details on the sofas after listening to what we were after. She was very honest with the differences between them and then left us time to discuss without her presence.
She was remembered us when we returned later that day and had the patience, hard work and expertise to then help us look around the sofas again.
I love how she got to know us all and the children and made us really imagine our lives with the sofas.
She gave us so much information about the care package which was amazing value!!

Amazing experience from start to delivery of our new sofas

My experience has been extremely frustrating from beginning to end.
The sofa was delivered incorrectly, and when I asked for the mistake to be corrected, I was told I would have to wait another 12 weeks for the correct one. I therefore decided to cancel the order last week.
Instead of processing the cancellation promptly, I was told that the manager needed to review the order and decide what could be done before it could be cancelled. I was promised that the manager would call me on Monday.
By Thursday, nobody had contacted me, so I had to travel to the store in person simply to get an answer.
I have now been told that my £500 deposit will be refunded within three to five working days. In the meantime, I have no sofa and still do not have my £500 back.
Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, follow-up and ownership. I have had to chase every stage of this process myself, waste time travelling to the store, and wait even longer to recover money that should have been refunded promptly.
The real test of customer service is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, the service has been extremely poor and far below what anyone should expect when making a purchase of this value.

Everything was explained and offered with ease and I didn’t feel under pressure to buy anything I didn’t want.
My only gripe would be the cost of delivery. This is quite expensive and obviously you have no choice but to pay.

We visited the DFS store in Watford three times before deciding to purchase our sofas, and throughout each visit, Edmund provided excellent service. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain all the available options without any pressure.

His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer our questions made it much easier for us to make an informed decision\. We really appreciated his helpful approach and would happily recommend both Edmund and DFS to anyone looking for new furniture.
