DFS Furniture - Watford Omdömen 

The service was excellent! We were helped by Ed who was fantastic; approachable, friendly, he listened to what we needed and really helped us pick the right furniture. He really valued us as people and customers. We ordered our furniture and set up the finance very smoothly and everything was explained clearly.

Fantastic customer service. Left to browse and take in all the lovely sofas that you offer. George was fantastic. Got all the information I need and very happy with my experience. 🙂

We have been to your Watford store a few times, every visit we were offered help and information but never followed around or made to feel uncomfortable. At other store (not DFS) we were almost stalked to the point of leaving. All questions were answered and explained, overall a really pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

All in all a great experience at DFS Watford, my partner and I arrived at the site and had a look around for around 30 minutes, there was no pressure from any of the staff while we were looking. When we were approached by a staff member he gave us all of the help and advice we needed. An overall pleasant experience. Well done DFS.

Today we met Edmond who unlike other shops simply said hello and allowed us time before we requested assistance.

We hate having sales people hound you so our experience was relaxed and not frustrating in any way.

His knowledge and friendly manner meant we could feel comfortable and confident in our choices with all options explained.

If every establishment had characters like Edmond we believe so many more purchases would be made as never were we put under pressure.

Very friendly staff member Sirhan at Watford branch helped us through the process and explained everything very clearly. Had asked us initially when we first in the shop and we said we were just looking. He left us alone and then we were ready, we approached him and he dealt with us very professionally and in a very friendly manner. We liked the fact that there was no hard sell from him the moment we walked in the shop and he left us to make our decision.

Great salesman DelBoy, made the experience seamless

Very pleased with the service I received. The salesman listened to what I wanted and showed me what I had found on line. He then let me browse the store and left me alone until I was ready. When I made a decision he took my order explained it all and let me decide what I wanted to do. I didnt get the sofa I went in for (but found one, that was to me, more comfortable). So glad I actually went into the store and took his advice to look around. Delivery note has come through for a weeks time so happy with turn around time as well.
