DFS Furniture - Tunbridge Wells Omdömen 

We were made welcome in the Tunbridge Wells store. We were given plenty of time to make a decision on our choice of sofa and colour. The salesperson Jim was very patient and helpful. He explained clearly the process and timescales. Thank you

Great experience from start to finish. Unlike some other companies we visited, there was no pressure from pushy sales staff, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. All of our questions were answered confidently and clearly, and we were guided through the different options available to us. We were even offered drinks, which was a nice touch.
I particularly appreciated the care taken to double-check our order, giving us extra peace of mind. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend to friends and family. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the name of the person who helped us, but a big thank you to him for making everything so smooth. We’re really excited for our sofa to arrive.

Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable.

When we purchased our sofa the in store experience was very good. We were told that DFS would email the sales invoice, but all we got was multiple review requests, they did sent us a text with the order number that you have to enter on the website where it only shows the total amount spent and the balance left to pay but not an invoice or breakdown of what each item cost.
We have called customer service twice now & they have promised to send us our invoice detailing each item, but as of eleven days after the order, we have still not received it :-(
As a comparison, we also purchased 2 chairs from SCS on the same day, we were sent an invoice via email and was told that we would get a call from SCS the following day to confirm and go through the order to check that everything was correct. This was a smooth process and all went to plan, so much better than the DFS text saying this is your order number, go to our website? Not impressed!
We can’t comment on the furniture yet as this will be weeks until delivery, although it looks very good in store. MM

Just had the Evelyn 3 piece corner sofa and footstool delivered by the Sofa company it’s a wonderful piece of workmanship and better than I expected sofa company are the best they did a perfect job

Whilst the sofa experience was great instorr, i asked for an itemised bill and i was informed it will be sent to me. I called and its now been over a week and I dont have evidence of this and any estimated time of delivery, so i feel i have to take their word for it that the order is accurate and i have been charged accordingly.

I was left alone until I had decided what I wanted

Excellent range of furniture within the store complemented by helpful, informative staff team who assisted in helping us make appropriate choices in our purchases.

The sales representative was really helpful and informative which helped our experience. Especially with our young children running around all over the place and was being so patient with us while we were in-between running after them, and listening to what options we could have included.

Very good customer serviceand very helpful

The gentleman who worked in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure which made the experience much more positive and resulted in a sale.

This was our third visit to the store, as we were undecided and had short listed a few. Tess and Jim were both very helpful in assisting us and gave some good advice. Although it was nearly closing time, Jim went above and beyond to help us with our final decision. Very happy with our choice.
