From start to finish the experience was great no pressure just help when I needed it and very professional.

Really good experience was well looked after by the staff explaining everything as they went along also double checking everything to make sure everything was correct.

Neil the salesman was great, his knowledge of furniture was next to none. he offered us tea of coffee. He went through everything very clearly and understandable.

Diallo was so helpful when we arrived before the shop closing time, nothing was a bother and he even came in to work early the next day so we were able to pick up the furniture at a convenient time for us , so helpful thank you :)

Great thorough explanation of options to make my sofa affordable. Thank you Cadence. Cant wait to relax on my new corner sofa :)

Excellent customer service from start to finish! The girls were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and put us completely at ease without any pressure to buy. They made the whole sofa-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them!

Cadence made our experience great, as very indecisive customers, she took the time to sit with us, listen to what we wanted and answer our questions. We had 2 choices in mind that we were unsure on and after listening to us, pointed out a sofa we had not looked at that checked all of our boxes. So glad we decided to go in store.

Toni at the Sunderland outlet was brilliant, explained everything down to how to clean sofa properly I didn't want the chair that came with the package deal,she went and seen someone and got the chair taken of the package result

I went in to dfs,just to have a look at sofa's . Staff said good morning and left to let us browse around the store which is the best experience you can have.I went to the salesman NEIL who was excellent when I showed him what I picked. Everything was sorted quick and easy ,delivery is on the way, EXCELLENT SERVICE thank you.

I spent over £3,200 on a DFS sofa expecting a premium product and a high standard of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating.

When my sofa was delivered, the delivery team identified that the footstool was faulty and told me I would be contacted within a couple of days to arrange a replacement. Nobody ever contacted me. Instead, I had to repeatedly chase DFS myself for updates. Every time I called, I was promised someone would be in touch, but those promises were never kept.

Weeks later, after chasing yet again, I discovered that the replacement footstool was also damaged before delivery. I was told the only issue was with the hinges and was encouraged to accept it anyway. When it finally arrived, it was in a shocking condition. Not only were the hinges faulty, but the wooden frame was chipped and there were exposed nails sticking out of the side.

As a parent of a four-year-old, I find it completely unacceptable that a brand-new piece of furniture with exposed nails was delivered to my home. It is a serious safety risk and should never have left the warehouse.

The communication throughout this process has been dreadful. I’ve had to do all the chasing, I’ve been given inaccurate information, and I’ve been left waiting weeks for a resolution. A goodwill hamper was offered, but after everything that’s happened, it doesn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience and poor service.

I paid for a brand-new, high-quality product, not something that was faulty on delivery and then replaced with an item in even worse condition. At this point, I’d have expected better quality and service buying second-hand from Facebook Marketplace.

I sincerely hope DFS puts this right by supplying a brand-new, defect-free footstool and reviewing the level of customer service provided. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend DFS

We were left to browse then when the girl approached us she offered us a tea or coffee witch was really nice when we picked our sofas she came over and explained a lot of info about it we ended up buying that sofa really great experience her name was cadenceshe really knows her job thank you

Neil was amazing from start to finish nothing he couldn’t answer he was very professional friendly and clear with every query we had gave us lots of option re choice fabric delivery care could not of asked for any more would definitely recommend Neil at DFS for any future purchases or anyone else looking for a great experience

Bought 3 seater sofa with 2 seater and footstool delivered in Aug/ Sept 2024. Told creases would eventually drop out in cushions , but never did. What you see in Store is not what you get. Anyway complained and eventually in January, someone came out and we were told they would replace the interiors of the sofas and the exteriors. But the order would not be delivered until May 7th. Then that day passed and they then said they couldn't find the exterior covers, so they would have to order them again. Anyway interiors delivered and guess what someone came out to fit them today but only parts for one sofa here and the guy says its best to fit interior and exterior together? But they haven't sent both sets. What a complete Farce. I have numerous texts etc from them, So now we are still waiting for our sofas to be sorted even after they said they ordered the parts in January? I suggest what ever you get done, get it in writing as these lot are totally untrustworthy. I am raging, you can't change one set without the other set as they won't match. These people say one thing but do something else. Absolutely disgusted with them. And still waiting an outcome? So today the guy who came to fit parts says they are not all here and you do need the exteriors with them. He seems to know a lot more than them. So we still waiting to be sorted.It will be the last time we purchase from DFS for sure. The order number i gave you was the one on the complete order from 2024. I still have the emails and the texts and I have already contacted your customer service a few times. And i have spoken to your manager Lewis previously.

The sales team were excellent giving us all the information we needed but were never pushy or giving the hard sell. We were always given time to breath and consider our options. We particularly liked the fact another colleague would read back everything we had decided on and what we had being told so nothing was missed. Overall an excellent experience and we are confident we have purchased the right sofa.
