DFS Furniture - Sunderland Omdömen 

Bought new furniture today ,excellent service from all staff,everything was explained in great detail .

We attended the store a few days ago and saw the sofas we were looking for. We were attended politely than and again today by the same lady. After making our choice we were read all of the terms and conditions and options. We did not feel any pressure and left highly delighted.

Dfs staff were amazing, was very confused looking online, soon as I went into store the staff were great helped me with everything I requested, my new sofa was ordered in the matter of 20 minutes! All my worries were gone! thankyou again.

The sales woman talked us through the process, was friendly and courteous. Offered us a coffee while we talked. Made the whole process relaxed and easy.

We made our purchase at the Sunderland store and were helped by a staff member called Emma. She helped us finalise our choice and provided guidance on long term care of the sofa, taking into account any potential wear or damage that could be caused by our cats. Emma was very pleasant and helpful. The sofa has since arrived and we're very happy with it.

I had a really good experience with Lee who helped through the whole process with patience and grace .
He was so helpful in my choices of furniture and really represented the company DFS which influenced my final choice of which company would get my investment 🥰 so thank you for the great store and staff that you have in Sunderland 👍

Exceptional customer experience from start to finish. I was able to walk around the showroom without being bombarded by sales advisers, which I hate, but they were on hand if needed to answer questions. The adviser who assisted me (Cadence) was very polite, friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the products and surprised me when she told me she had not been with the company for long. A credit to the company in my opinion. She covered all of the topics that I had questions on before I needed to ask them. I wasn't rushed to make any decisions and given advice when struggling. I have used DFS Sunderland on more than one occasion to buy products and time and again they come up trumps. Well done all!

I went into the store just to view the sofa I had my eye on with plans to buy online. Cadence was so helpful and friendly giving me lots of useful info and options about the sofa material. I ended up ordering with her In store as she’d made it so easy. Thankyou to Cadence - customer service just how I like it, friendly and informative but not pushy

My sales associate Candance was really friendly, approachable and helpful with the whole process. She talked me through my options and made the experience overall very streamline and I would return again in the future for any other furniture fittings I needed.

Overall experience excellent. The young lady who served us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not try to give us the hard sell. She explained everything clearly and professionally and made us feel at ease and gave us time and space to discuss in private our thoughts.Also a nice touch was the lovely cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend.
