Good customer service from and very helpful with great product knowledge

One of the nicest sales experiences we have ever had. Mike was personable, friendly, inclusive, funny, kind AND patient. We had a really great experience and cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive.

We were not hassled in the DFS store. Employees were friendly but gave us space to look around. Very helpful once we wanted to ask some questions.

Sham who took our sofa order was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She took us through all the questions we had with consummate ease and knowledge making the experience pleasant and stress free. Sham is a credit to DFS we hadn't bought furniture from a store for a while and thanks to Sham all was simply dealt with.

Josh made the buying process feel very premium, even though we were just buying a clearance sofa. Professional and calm.

The staff at the Lincoln branch were of the highest standard they were helpfull polite and very knowlageable and were in no way pushie the saff member that delt with my wife and I even maid us both a brew this young man we would give a 10 plus .

The sales team allowed us to shop without pestering us, which was perfect. Once we did want help and needed to place an order, Tall Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We searched the internet and made a decision to visit DFS Lincoln to view a Nevara sofa, chair and footstool collection with various recliner and heated seat options. We were met by Josh who explained in great detail the range we were looking to purchase together with wear advice and optional insurance and cleaning aspects covered. Josh was at all times extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all very friendly that made our decision purchase there and then very easy. Clearly we are delighted customers who are looking forward to receiving our new furniture in the near future. Without doubt such exemplary standards of customer service must be applauded and without hesitation we would strongly recommend this service to Family and friends.
