We were helped within minutes of walking into the store by a cheerful and knowledgeable assistant. He was very patient with our dithering, giving us space and time to make a decision.
Felt very confident when we left the store of having made the right choice.

He was patient, knowledgeable about the different sofa models, listened to my wants and needs, and never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. I was very happy with the service I was given by the Customer service lady. She was very pleasant, helpful and explained all the aspects of the purchase of the sofa and the options on how to pay. Looking forward to my new sofa and chair.

Tina at the Ipswich store was really great, allowed us to browse the store and was on hand if we had any questions. When we asked a question she was very polite and knowledgeable. Tina made us feel really comfortable and offered us regular refreshments, which is always a bonus.
Tina gave us all the information for us to take away and do the appropriate measurements.
We have a closer store in Colchester but chose to go back to Tina as she made us feel so welcome.🤗
