I had a great experience shopping at DFS today. Mark was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made choosing the perfect sofa easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service.
