I had previously purchased a bed and…
I had previously purchased a bed and mattress for my daughter in DFI online with help from one of their employees over the phone so when my parents needed a mattress topper I knew where I was going to get it. It arrived three days later and I also only saw after I had ordered it that they sell sheets, mattress protectors at a reduced rate when you buy a mattress or a topper so I emailed them and asked if I could get a mattress protector too and they put them both on the same order and gave me the reduced rate. Always recommend DFI, they’re a pleasure to deal with

The Majestic matress I received not the same as the one in the showroom
The Majestic matress I ordered does not seem to be the same as the Majestic one I saw in the showroom, I though I was getting a medium /soft which the one in the showroom was but the matress I received is extremely hard and uncomfortable even after a month of use its still extremely firm, it means that I must now buy a matress topper to be able to use this very disappointing matress

The Majestic mattress you purchased in January is designed to gradually adjust to the user over time. Mattresses can take a period to settle as the fillings respond to body weight and body temperature, and it can take up to 3–4 months for the mattress to fully adapt to the individual sleeper. During this time it is normal for the mattress to feel firmer at first before it begins to soften slightly and conform more comfortably.
The Majestic is one of our best-selling mattresses and consistently receives fantastic feedback from customers who are very happy with the comfort and support it provides.

The whole experience was super from start to finish. Especially the blog post, which helped me immensely in choosing the correct mattress. The mattress was delivered in perfect condition, and the delivery driver was lovely. The mattress itself, I would give 100/10. I have never slept so well.

The delivery was on time. The bed quality is too good. Only thing was that felt bad for the delivery guy there was only one person shouldve been two people, mattresses can be heavy.
