Our exchange fee is currently €50, which covers the collection of the original item and the redelivery of the replacement, including transport, handling and logistics costs. In many cases, this cost would ordinarily be higher (typically closer to €80) to cover two journeys and associated operational expenses, however we keep it reduced at €50 to remain as fair and competitive as possible.
We work very hard to keep our product pricing strong and competitive, and the exchange fee simply reflects the genuine cost involved in arranging this service.

Terrible customer service experience
Asked them to recommend us a mattress for our 3 year old. We bought what they recommended. What arrived is clearly an adults mattress, thicker than our own mattress (they dont have depth measurement on it so had to take their word on it being suitable). So much so she can not climb onto the bed.
What makes it worse is that on closer inspection on their website they have a child's mattress!
No idea why they recommended this and now I am stuck with a mattress ive spend 230 euro on whilst having to buy another one
It is a great shame trustpilot doesnt allow photos so people could see how truly ridiculous this mattress they recommended looks on the bed
Will delete this if they make things right
