I have bought 2 beds from this company
I have bought 2 beds from this company. I will say when purchasing the customer service was fantastic and they are genuinely nice people to deal with. The delivery was very quick and they helped bring it in. So all good at that point. One bed I kept for 3 years and the matress material bobbled so I just put a matress topper on. The second one I have 4 years and springs are coming out through the sides. Some springs poking through the matress itself. I got the hotel premium matress. Its a shame. I contacted support last week on Facebook but didn't hear back. Its a shame because I genuinely think its a good company. They provide producs at good value. But for longevity of matress I need to knock off a few stars.

In relation to your mattress, after 3–4 years of regular use, wear and tear can naturally occur depending on usage, care, and rotation. Issues such as settlement of fillings or changes in structure over time can develop as part of normal use.

My first purchase from DFI beds but certainly won’t be my last
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the bed on Monday and it was delivered to my house in Waterford on Thursday. Fantastic communication, I got a Text Wednesday night from Paul saying he would be here between 10am and 10:30 and he arrived at 10:15. he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The bed itself is a gorgeous quality and fantastic value. Will definitely be buying from them again.
