Really beautiful sun loungers. Easy to put together, every piece fitted well, all the fittings were supplied and correct. They arrived very quickly after I ordered them, and well packaged with no plastic. Excellent and trustworthy company.

The order was delivered promptly and in good condition.
The product was not quite what I expected in that I expected each of the 4 bins to be separated by a divider of some kind. I was surprised to find that the bins all link inside. There is nothing to prevent the contents of one bin falling into the next.
The assembly was made more difficult by an excess of plastic flash on some of the parts where they joined together with others. However I have now managed most of the assembly. The lids needed some understanding of how they were meant to fit together as the diagram was not totally clear. It is difficult to see how the lower connecting pieces (F) are to be fitted without turning the whole assembly on its back or upside down.
It remains to be seen whether the interconnectedness of the bins causes any issues with operating the bins as a composting system. It may actually facilitate moving compost from one bin to the next.

Needs stronger tools to build it!
The gardenbench is lovely and quite easy to put together
BUT...the allen keys are absolutely useless to tighten the screws hence they are not strong enough to tighten and fix. Another tool was needed for someone to help screwing them in. The screws are so big and the allen keys far too small and fiddly.
Bench looks nice though.

I found Deubaxxl to be very good
I found Deubaxxl to be very good. The item (wheelbarrow) was a good price and shipping was included.
Shipping was quick although the tracking number didn't work ; This didn't matter though as DHL sent updates anyway.
Item is decent enough quality for the price and I'd happily shop with Deubaxxl in the future.

Great quality item. Bought the Casaria sun lounger table as I know the quality is top notch, fits in well with our other garden furniture. Reaonably quick delivery which was very well packaged and easy to assemble.

A very good product although a heavier wood would enhance it.
A very good product although a heavier wood size wood enhance it further. The colour is a little odd; a brown colour would be more subtle.
Substantial joints require more than simple allen keys, maybe a small socket with allen key tip which could fit an electric drill. I am 80 and haven’t the strength to use just an allen key.

I have not recieved my delivery
I have not recieved my delivery. dHL contacted me on Monday 30th March to say shipment had been collected and was due for delivery the following day on 31 March. I checked the tracking and it informed me shipment had been delayed. I have telephoned DHL today as there is no tracking update I was informed the delivery has been delayed and to contact the sender.

Terrible Customer Service
Unfortunately I inputted the incorrect address when placing my order. Literally 2 seconds after placing the order, I contacted DeubaXXL to correct the address and they said it couldn't be done and I had to contact the couriers. When trying to do this, they stated it was the senders responsibility to change the address. The order was delivered to the incorrect address, which was obviously refused, so delivery charges to the company were wasted and completely avoidable.

Great Product great service - ordered a 2nd
The product went together well all piece of good quality and well packaged.
The customer support was reliable via email. The online sign in and tracking did not work for me but thankfully the customer support was good and kept me informed. I have since ordered a second bench but for my mother.
