We ordered 2 folding eucalyptus chairs and one arrived damaged. In manufacturing there had obviously been a large knot or split in the wood that had been unsuccessfully filled and fallen out. I have tried to contact them but no success yet. Call back doesn't seem available in the UK and the UK service are not responding to emails and my attempts to report it online are failing despite it identifying the order and my photos of the damage bring well inside the limit. Not happy at all with service. I fear this will not get resolved and I will be left out of pocket..

Ordered 3 planters all 3 were delivered damaged the boxes were burst and held together with cellotape the frames of each were so badly damaged they were twisted why I even received them in that condition is shocking currently 2 weeks from receiving planters still trying to get the damaged goods uplifted scheduled for yesterday with DHL they were a no show I have phoned Amazon customer service nearly every day also emailed the seller direct lost count of how many times Amazon are now telling me to arrange an uplift myself shocking company to deal with every time I messsge them they have 2 days to respond Amazon washed their hands seller again not responding I am out of pocket £197 be very careful worst most frustrating experience ever I have been scammed Amazon advertising this company yet negate any help when the seller falls short of providing goods for purpose

Wow..... I ordered a 7ft (220cm) folding table on the 8th July (p.m.) excellent quality indeed, well packaged and it was delivered to me in the UK on the 10th July (a.m.), communications throughout from purchase to dispatch and then fully notified by their couriers DHL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INDEED and yes would definitely purchase from again if required.

Just received my dog transport box and it’s the best one Ive ever had.
Easy to assemble and delighted to find there’s even a soft mat and drinking bowl included.
Would definitely recommend.
Super quick delivery and great communication prior to delivery.

I ordered two alluminium highback garden chairs but was sent a box that appears to be part two of two boxes that contains a sun lounger. I have sent in a returns request and have copies of my purcase and receipt. I hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.

Great quality chairs , quick delivery , excellent price , slight issue with the amount received, but 5 stars to Ellen in customer services who rectified immediately, would definitely purchase from this company again

I was worried about placing an order with this company because I had never heard if them. I have to say I ordered a wheel barrow on the 6th June. It all went very smoothly. Communication was good. Service was good. Product good value and was of good quality. Would order from them again.

Poor after sales service. I received a damaged item and have difficulty reporting it. No reply to my email after four days. Most of the on line help is in German, even with the English version turned on. Phone number is located in Germany. I would not use them

I finally got a rebate,

I ordered a Dog Carrier before travelling with our medium-size dog to France and it was the best thing we could have done. We stayed in 10 different places over 3 weeks, with many one-nighters. The Carrier was used as a overnight sleeping crate in our rooms and was perfect for her. It is very well made, very easy to set up and pack away, very light to carry, had useful side bags to store her travel bowls etc and was easy to place under her blankets in the boot area when we travelled in the car. We brought her blanket and cuddly toy from home to place inside and she settled instantly. When it was really hot we opened the flap at the top for extra air flow. We went for a large sized one and it gave her plenty space to stretch out. I highly recommend it. Its really perfect! It was also shipped really quickly to us.

Hi! I would not recommend any one this website cuz it’s been three weeks I’ve order Ac, I didn’t received any ac I receive small switch of one kg and I’ve been emailing them from last two weeks but no response. Looks like I’ve lost my money. Thanks

Best price I could find on the Internet with free postage. Arrived quickly and very well packaged.

I ordered the Sydney 5 piece dining set which arrives tomorrow…. Was excited until I read Amazon reviews about hours of assembly time and screws and holes not fitting!
Nothing in their description about self assembly so totally misleading.
As s 69 year old woman with arthritis in my hands , living alone I can not attempt this!
Most unhappy and expect answers!
I have emailed already and a very unsympathetic response!
No help from these people it’s a nightmare and I would avoid this company. !!

I did at first have trouble ordering online as the address layout is a little different than in UK.
It would not accept my address as I would normally write it.
I did contact DeubaXxl and they replied very quickly.
There was a problem with delivery when it arrived in UK and my parcel was delivered down the road and not to my address as it did not have all of my address on it but did have postcode and this was soon resolved.
The quality of product is very good and was sent out to me really quickly.
This product was some what cheaper to buy from DeubaXxl than in the uk and free delivery.
The mini excavator was well wrapped and protected.
Over all I am really pleased.

Good item great company efficient and helpful

Cheapest we could find online, zero postage, took slightly longer than expected but did order just before a bank holiday so probally my fault. Product perfect, and have now discovered a new place to shop.

Ordering was straight forward. My contact with customer service was excellent. It took a couple of days longer to arrive, but it was a Bank Holiday weekend.
The bench is absolutely fab. Easy to put together.
All in all, we are delighted

I spent 5 hours trying to assemble one chair I had no idea I needed to be a carpenter!! So fiddly and zero instructions how to attach arms do the chairs are safe or actually usable There. I’m s a metal ratchet groove but zero wat to attach
I had not idea they were not already assembled they are folded anyway so why jut build?? just laziness
V can’t molicated abs I am v disappointed as they are bright tacky orange
I want to see a video of exactly how to put the arms on
Cannot read website be cause all in German If you are going to accept sales from the UK at least add English to the website
