Great price, good delivery service. Product excellent.
Unfortunately though, short lived great experience, gust of wind came from know where, blew the canopy over and broke it beyond repair. Even though secured in a 22kg base. Can't fault the canopy parasol. Excellent product.

I ordered a wheelbarrow from DeubaXXL 10 days ago, with the expectation that it would actually be delivered. It was due to arrive last Thursday. It is now over a week later and I am still waiting.

The parcel has apparently been "attempted" to be delivered by DHL three times, with the excuse on each occasion that the driver could not locate our address. We have lived at our house for four years and, in that entire time, we have never had a single delivery company or courier have any difficulty finding us. We receive deliveries regularly, so the idea that our address suddenly cannot be located is frankly ridiculous.

I have now spent two hours of my life sitting on hold to DHL customer services this week, trying to get this mess sorted out. I have subsequently received two separate emails saying that the parcel would be delivered yesterday. It wasn't. The tracking apparently still shows it sitting at the depot, and I have received no meaningful communication to explain what is actually happening or when I can expect my order.

At this point, I am completely fed up. I ordered a wheelbarrow, not a logistical challenge that has consumed hours of my time and resulted in absolutely no delivery.

While DHL is clearly responsible for the appalling delivery service, DeubaXXL chose DHL to deliver its products. The customer should not be left to spend hours chasing a courier and trying to resolve a problem between the retailer and its delivery partner.

I am still waiting for the product I paid for, with no clear explanation as to where it is or when it will actually arrive. Based on this experience, I can safely say that I will never order from them again. A company is only as good as the service it provides to its customers, and so far, my experience has been extremely poor.

This company is appalling! Avoid it at all cost! I ordered a shed and employed a workman to assemble it for me as I am disabled, when he started to put the base together it was totally the wrong size for the shed, I had to cancel the workman and then found it impossible to contact this company! When they finally got back to me it was in German so in all it’s been nearly a month of trying to get a response, they have now told me I will have to pay for the return and I have to arrange it myself!
I have had to purchase another shed as I had emptied and disposed of my old shed and I had the contents all over the garden, so I’m left with a useless shed and out of pocket! And even more out of pocket if I have to pay to send it back!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I was surprised that it came unasembled but it was easy to figure out and only took a few minutes to slot it together and put the cover on . It’s factor 80 protection so a godsend on my balcony in the full sun

I was a bit unsure about this company before I ordered from them. All I can say Is that this company is the real deal. I was a bit worried that this was a scum. By after I got a message back from customer services about the delivery date and time. I was at easy. Good customer services.

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered a pair of footstools then realised I didn't need them. Emailed customer service to cancel on the same day I ordered. The next day I received an update to say they would be delivered soon so I emailed a second time to say please do not ship this order. And they are arriving today. No response, no reply. Nothing. Will never shop with DEUBA XXL again.

I received one box out of 2 for my order. Impossible to speak to anyone to actually resolve issue - £200 down

Ordered a table and 2 matching chairs
Delivered last week
One chair is damaged I’ve tried and tried to make contact to no avail . Arranged a callback but they didn’t ring ..I’ve sent daily emails. To different email address and tried to make contact through the portal too all I want is someone to actually acknowledge me and sort this out .. I was actually going to buy another set of the chairs as they are lovely but seriously do not know what to do … awful customer service ..DO NOT USE!!

ALMOST 6 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND AND STILL NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY PATIO TABLE AND CHAIRS !!!

We ordered 2 folding eucalyptus chairs and one arrived damaged. In manufacturing there had obviously been a large knot or split in the wood that had been unsuccessfully filled and fallen out. Despite trying to contact them it took a few days for them to send me a message saying a new part had been sent and a further couple of days for it to arrive. It would have helped a lot of they had even given an automated acknowledgement of my complaint and an estimated timescale for resolution

Ordered 3 planters all 3 were delivered damaged the boxes were burst and held together with cellotape the frames of each were so badly damaged they were twisted why I even received them in that condition is shocking currently 2 weeks from receiving planters still trying to get the damaged goods uplifted scheduled for yesterday with DHL they were a no show I have phoned Amazon customer service nearly every day also emailed the seller direct lost count of how many times Amazon are now telling me to arrange an uplift myself shocking company to deal with every time I messsge them they have 2 days to respond Amazon washed their hands seller again not responding I am out of pocket £197 be very careful worst most frustrating experience ever I have been scammed Amazon advertising this company yet negate any help when the seller falls short of providing goods for purpose

Wow..... I ordered a 7ft (220cm) folding table on the 8th July (p.m.) excellent quality indeed, well packaged and it was delivered to me in the UK on the 10th July (a.m.), communications throughout from purchase to dispatch and then fully notified by their couriers DHL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INDEED and yes would definitely purchase from again if required.

Just received my dog transport box and it’s the best one Ive ever had.
Easy to assemble and delighted to find there’s even a soft mat and drinking bowl included.
Would definitely recommend.
Super quick delivery and great communication prior to delivery.

I was worried about placing an order with this company because I had never heard if them. I have to say I ordered a wheel barrow on the 6th June. It all went very smoothly. Communication was good. Service was good. Product good value and was of good quality. Would order from them again.

Poor after sales service. I received a damaged item and have difficulty reporting it. No reply to my email after four days. Most of the on line help is in German, even with the English version turned on. Phone number is located in Germany. I would not use them

I finally got a rebate,

I ordered a Dog Carrier before travelling with our medium-size dog to France and it was the best thing we could have done. We stayed in 10 different places over 3 weeks, with many one-nighters. The Carrier was used as a overnight sleeping crate in our rooms and was perfect for her. It is very well made, very easy to set up and pack away, very light to carry, had useful side bags to store her travel bowls etc and was easy to place under her blankets in the boot area when we travelled in the car. We brought her blanket and cuddly toy from home to place inside and she settled instantly. When it was really hot we opened the flap at the top for extra air flow. We went for a large sized one and it gave her plenty space to stretch out. I highly recommend it. Its really perfect! It was also shipped really quickly to us.

Hi! I would not recommend any one this website cuz it’s been three weeks I’ve order Ac, I didn’t received any ac I receive small switch of one kg and I’ve been emailing them from last two weeks but no response. Looks like I’ve lost my money. Thanks
