Easy to order
Easy to order, product shipped instantly and I was kept well informed. The only negative was the assembly instructions. The images could have been clearer and more detailed. I’m not a frequent DIYer, but I’m not incapable, so take from that what you will.

Trying to log in for tracking info impossible kept getting error 404 response. I purchased as a guest customer so had no account to relate to to gain access, which resulted in having to constantly check e-mails for updates of delivery. However the bike arrived within the estimated time and the grandson is very happy with it although the bell was missing.

The timber quality is poor
The timber quality is poor. Table timer inserts had completely degraded in less than 6 years. I got in touch with Deuba and got an automated AI response that the seller does not offer to sell spare/replacement timber inserts. Disappointed!

It's a good piece of kit, and works well.#
BUT before sending it out you should assemble it. Although they are firm, the screws are as tight as I can get them, the legs do not fit flush to the bowl of the fire. Is there supposed to be gaps between the various parts of the chimney?

Excellent quality and value for money !
Quickly despatched, straightforward to assemble and a spacious, well made and sturdy large wheelbarrow😁
The only slight downside was that delivery was via DHL who, as so often, claimed that they had tried to deliver once when they clearly hadn’t ! TrustPilot reviews of DHL clearly demonstrate that they are not the best UK delivery Company. However this was a niggle rather than a problem.
I recommend this seller.
