Please do not purchase anything from Design Market.
They took our money but never passed it on to the seller. We had also paid an extra delivery charge. Over two months later and my item has not been delivered and they ignore all emails and their phone lines aren't working. I tracked down the seller of the item who told me they were never paid my money by Design Market, so they resold the item. So it no longer exists to be sent to me, Design Market have not told me this. I subsequently asked for a refund and have been ignored. It is now with my Credit card company who are trying to get my money back. I believe the company will collapse soon as I have discovered I am not alone in this situation.

DO NOT SELL THROUGH THIS PLATFORM AND DO NOT BUY FROM IT. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Épouvantable, apres de multiples demandes de remboursement (@mail appels...) j’ai réussi à avoir un interlocuteur au bout de 3 mois qui s’est présenté comme le directeur et qui m’a dit avoir effectué un virement sur mon compte... il y a une semaine et toujours rien.
J’ai déposé une plainte, fait un signalement à la DGCCRF une amie va effectuer un signalement auprès du tribunal de commerce.
J’irai dans leurs locaux cette semaine avec un huissier afin de demander mes fonds.
La pire expérience de vente en ligne de ma vie.

Commande passée en février. Bureau abîmé avant l’expédition donc commande annulée. Depuis février malgré mails et appels téléphoniques impossible de me faire rembourser les 7200 euros. Après avoir lu les avis précédents je me demande si ces histoires de meubles abîmés avant l’expédition ne sont pas une façon de se faire de la trésorerie. Le changement de prestataire de paiement ne justifie pas le non remboursement. C’est une honte ce site. Et le service client ment sur les raisons qui empêchent le remboursement. A éviter

I ordered a Togo Chair from Ligne Roset. The supplier could not deliver the chair after two months of waiting. Design Market did not respond to all of my mails. The customer service is friendly but i had to call at least 20 times to arrange a refund. In the end after lot’s of effort I received my refund last week after speaking with the finance department. Would not suggest to order from Design Market.

Placed an order based on fact that with a dedicated courier (which you pay handsomely for) it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Needed an item for the photoshoot so sent them an email saying please deliver within the agreed timeframe. Didn't hear back. It's been 2 weeks now and i've emailed 4 times, called (got cut off) and still nothing. I will be requesting a refund but considering the lack of any form of communication might have to claim via my bank. Shocking.

Products are beautiful but logistics and service are terrible. I spent over 3000€ this month on 2 orders only to realise, 3 weeks later than one of the articles wasn’t available. They didn’t even told me, I had to call them to find out, The one article they did deliver, was supposed to be brought to my third floor apartment, I paid extra for it. They left it on the street instead. It weighed 41 kg. To this date, they owe me 2000€ and in spite of my several calls, I don’t know when I will see my money again. They never answer the phone. Terrible, terrible service.

Chaises commandées il y a plus de deux mois. Aucune nouvelles du côté de Design Market qui justifie cela par un problème de transporteur. Après des dizaines d'appels je suis parvenue à avoir quelqu'un en au bout du fil qui m'a assuré d'un remboursement "rapide" dont je n'ai jusqu'à présent aucune nouvelle. Depuis, impossibilité totale de contacter qui que ce soit sans tomber directement sur la messagerie. Nous allons également nous voir dans l'obligation de déposer une plainte pour escroquerie. Fuyez ce site à tout prix.

Ordered an item on the 19th of August. No updates, no sign of the goods. Chased it up via messages - no response as yet. Do not order from this company.

I have sold some items trough this site, and never got my money... 1st class frauds! DO NOT buy or sell here, people!

Nous sommes professionnels et nous avons vendus des articles sur ce site. Nous attendons un paiement depuis septembre ,pas de réponses aux mails et personne ne répond au tel…..promesses de règlements mais en vain…. Rien ….nous sommes tres inquiets quant au bon fonctionnement de cette société…. Nous allons déposer un recours auprès des tribunaux .

They owe me 5100 euro!
During a phone conversation with David, I was reassured that due to a new ‘payment system’ the money would be in my account 2 weeks after delivery.
2 and a half months and many emails and phone calls (almost all unanswered) later, I received the email below where David manages to both prove himself to be a liar, and also willingly describe his business as a Ponzi scheme. Well done mate!
So David, a personal message to you. Pay me immediately, or let a debt collector chase you down - either is fine, you can let me know by replying to this post!

Commande passée le 2 octobre, avec choix d'une livraison par un transporteur spécifique. Prix de la livraison de 72 euros sur DEVIS !
Toujours pas de livraison, le vendeur ne serait pas d'accord sur le tarif des frais de livraison. Intérêt du devis dans ce cas ?
Je souhaite annuler ma commande, on verra comment cela se passe.
Je ne vous recommande pas du tout ce site.

J’ai fais 3 ventes sur ce site et toujours pas reçu de règlement de leur part, la livraison la plus ancienne date de Juin !!! Lorsque j’appelle on prétexte un changement de partenaire financier et on me dit que le nécessaire sera fait rapidement. Je vais déposer plainte pour escroquerie.

LE: I got my money back with PayPal support!

I paid for an item of 3900 Eur on 22nd of August 2023. After waiting for 5 weeks according to the delivery term, I called them for 3 days to find out that the item was no longer available and they will return my money. I also have an email from them from 2nd of October 2023 saying that they will refund me as quickly as possible. Since then, I am calling them 1-2 times/week and they are saying the same thing, that I will be compensated immediately.

Design-Market doesn't pay the suppliers, Even after many emails, nothing happens. and after some emials they stop responding.
This is not the 1st time. Last time I had to notify them that I would give my outstanding invoice in the hands of an Collecting agency, then they finaly paid me (after 5 months) .

DM is probably going to respond here under the review, that I signed a confidential contract.. But Hey.. they also said in the same contract that they would pay me for my items sold... Invoice dates from September 26th.. its November 11th now.

They didn't sent me the furniture I bought. I was waiting for 2 months and they gave me no solution. Finally I had to claim the money back from PayPal.

Legit the worst company I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. We ordered a bunch of items, and after 6 weeks nothing had arrived. Luckily, we found the actual vendors of the products and they informed us they hadn’t shipped the items because Design Market hadn’t paid them in months. I had to call Design Market over 40 times to get the refunds processed. Absolutely terrible experience.

Do you respect the signed contract? Because there are significant delays in payments for delivered items. And now we have reached the point where Design Market will respond to you on Trust Pilot faster than to your e-mail. Shame. Start respecting your own rules and only then expect the same from others. Do not buy or sell on Design Market.
I have had very bad experiences as a seller. They do not pay out money, all sellers in Europe and private carriers already know about their financial insufficiency. It's a pity, because the potential for cooperation was great.
Dear buyers, if you want to buy something you see on this website, I suggest using, for example, Google Lens to search by image and you will go directly to the seller ;)
