Thier return policy specifically states once items are scanned as returned the refund takes 3-5 days. They have scanned my items as received 14 days ago and now they say they lost the items. They refuse to help me or even get someone on the phone who can! Run in the opposite direction of these scammers! Check out lovelyskin instead!

This will be my last order
This will be my last order. I used to buy quite a few items on Dermstore and I didn’t have any probs. But you must have new owners or something. I tried 3 times to use my Discover card. Oh no!! Was not accepted. Why? What is your reason?? I called Discover and was told there is no problem with my card. So I tried 1 more time and started a new order. NO! So I used my Costco Visa. I use my Discover 95% of the time as they reward us with points that we can use the points as money to purchase in the future. Love this. You also show Discover as an acceptable form of payment on your checkout screen. BUT I truly don’t know why my card was not accepted. This is a GREAT way to lose long time customers. My credit has been as high as 830 and this is how I am treated. I am highly offended and will not be making any future purchases. When I receive my product I will delete Dermstore. And don’t reply there was some kind of glitch. I won’t believe it. Also you have no phone number to contact you while making a purchase. Connie Dill
