Customer service is very challenging to obtain. The chat service has never been helpful as it was unable to understand my question or unable to help every occasion I tried to use the service. I think I’m going to try Lovelyskin.com to order my skincare using my fsa card.
I have tried several times to confirm that Dermstore charges $12 per a letter of medical necessity (LOMN) per a product per 12 months and I have been unable to confirm the LOMN details

Provide an update by email as to when the project will be shipped and tracking updates. And price of product is double on my credit card, which was not expected. The final price should be included before payment goes through. I was very disappointed with such a scam.

Beware: $12 fee for answering Flex questions
Not fond of the $12 fee for the Flex HSA/FSA fill-in-the-blank questionnaire. While it was noted in writing that there may or may not be a $12 fee for a consultation in the form of a Chat, that seemed to imply a conversation with a person. $12 to type in my name, birth date, state, and choose the reason for purchasing sunscreen and face serum from a drop-down menu is a bit ridiculous. As well, I've purchased from another online Flex store that did not charge $12 for the Letter of Necessity. I will purchase from the other store in the future.

I received an empty box
I have been a loyal Dermstore customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
Almost two weeks ago, I received an empty shipping box instead of my order. I immediately documented everything with photographs and contacted both the shipping carrier and Dermstore. Despite providing the requested information right away, I was simply told that the case is “under investigation.”
I don’t understand why I am being put through such a stressful process. Dermstore has my money, yet I have no assurance that I will ever receive the products I paid for. As a long-time customer, I expected much better treatment and communication.
Mistakes can happen, but leaving a customer without a resolution for weeks is unacceptable. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has completely undermined my confidence in Dermstore. Unless this is resolved promptly, they will have lost a loyal customer.

Unresolved Invoice Issues
As of 7/1 I have not received an email or phone call since this was escalated to Finance so I have disputed all charges and they will have to provide documentation of the charges on my account vs the invoices. They will have to respond to my bank at this point. Several times I have been in contact thru chat and email trying to resolve invoice discrepancies and I've been told on multiple occasions that it has been escalated to Finance, and I should hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I have spoken to two supervisors one on 6/23 and one on 6/29 who both assured me that they can see its been escalated and they would look into it for me and get back to my as well. The invoices on my account for the 3 purchases I made with my FSA card doesn't align with the charges filed with my FSA account. The charges are higher on my FSA account and now my account is restricted since I can provide matching invoices. Furthermore 2 of the 3 items purchased was declined based on FSA eligibility although on their website it states they are FSA eligible. I tried to follow up my email and I received a return message stating the email was no longer valid. If I can't resolve this issue via chat or on the file I will have to file a complaint with consumer affairs or seek legal counsel.

My payment was processed twice
My payment was processed twice, once through flex (which told me it was failing) and once through dermstore. The dermstore agent is telling me "not our mistake". This is bad service.
