I've placed a few orders with Derails over the past year, and every single one has been delivered promptly (even with the free saver delivery), accurately, and most importantly, well packed.

They are definitely my first go to with ordering model railway supplies online.

Once again, my Derails experience was flawless. The price was great, it was shipped out quickly and was well packed. Plenty of communication via email as to each step of the order process. Brilliant.

Excellent service. Derails is by far the best retailer online that I’ve ever dealt with- not just for model railways but for anything. Firstly, they are extremely quick to process and ship orders. Their communication is great, always receive status updates when order is picked, packed and despatched. Royal Mail tracked service is very reliable and reasonably priced. Other model shops could learn a lesson from Derails for online retail. I’ve not had chance to visit their shop in Coleford yet but I will do at some point.

Secondly (and possibly most importantly), they have excellent customer service, they really care about upholding their reputation. It’s not just a transaction, they want to keep their customers coming back and they’re succeeding in this respect, I will certainly be relying on them in future.

To top it all off, a lot of their stock is cheaper than any other retailer I use, so it’s a no brainer- I highly recommend Derails.

I've ordered several items from Derails and I've been very impressed with the stock they hold, the communication and rapid dispatch time have been excellent throughout

Ordered a few small items - came in a small box which arrived well within the expected time frame. Good communications from the team as to progress of order from receipt through packing to collection by Royal Mail. And at good prices too!

This order was placed online on18th January and arrived safe and sound just two days later.

Great value and service, on the very rare occasion there is a problem it's quickly resolved. Always the first place I go to if I need any supplies.

I have no issue recommending Derails to anyone. Always fantastic customer service and has been my go-to for a while now. I pre-ordered a Bulleid CC1 booster and everything was smooth a silk. Communication is always clear and the locomotive was tested before dispatch. If Derails can get it, that's where I will order it from.

Pre-ordered the EFE CC1 booster with small deposit last year, Julie as always efficiently processed it and contacted me for balance of payment. It safely arrived, well packed and I earn reward points too! Free P&P for this order as well. Very pleasant to deal with, my go to online railway shop.😎

Oh, and the Booster runs like a dream.

Excellent service yet again from Derails. Discounted pricing and free delivery (competitors often just do one or the other), locos always tested before sending, excellent packing and always kept well informed by email about delivery progress. And you get loyalty points as well! They are also easy to get hold of by phone or email for any queries, which all adds up to 5 star service. Highly recommended.
