I've used Derails for around 6 years and they've helped me build up a model railway from scratch to something quite significant.
With VERY few exceptions, everything on my model railway (both in terms of models and accessories) has been supplied by Derails. This has all come at a great price and with a welcome smile and cheery service, as I'm fortunate enough to live within walking distance of their shop in Coleford, in the Forest of Dean.
Sadly, recent ill health has stopped my regular visits to them but hopefully I'll be wending my way back to their door in the not too distant future.
I cannot fault their service and highly recommend Derails to the modeller, whether new or very experienced!

Rerails were brilliant, even though they had a show on the Saturday to attend they still managed to get my loco tome by early Monday morning. The model was beautifully packed. On the three occasions that I have used Derails, the service has been excellent. On this recent occasion, I ordered an in-stock item at midday on a Monday and received the package delivered by Royal Mail before midday the following day, Tuesday, less than 24 hours later! Thoroughly recommended and at good prices as well. Use Derails with confidence and possibly get free biscuits as well!!

Searching last on Friday night for some model train stuff, I saw that Derails had what I wanted in stock, and at a very good price. Ordered Saturday morning, expecting it to take a few days to arrive. Imagine my surprise when Monday morning, goods were delivered by Royal Mail.
