Always there to…

Always there to help..efficient,friendly, knowledgeable etc…what more could the cruising fraternity ask for.
Never forget- you get darned good deals as well!!

Brilliant & professional service.

As always, brilliant service, good discounts and we're very happy to be using Deluxe again for our Regent cruise next year and our fifth booking with Deluxe. Great customer service.

Why go anywhere else?

As always ,an excellent service from Deluxe, we would not go elsewhere after so many years of being taken such good care of.
Can definitely recommend using them .

Deluxe genuinely care about their clients

Deluxe made me feel they really cared about me, keeping in touch and always taking trouble to answer my queries. Instructions for my fairly complicated travel arrangements were clear. I had tel nos I could contact h them with wherever in the world I was. They even had arranged for some flowers to be in my cruise stateroom on my arrival. They send me Xmas and birthday cards. They make me feel I’m not just another cruise consumer and that my business is important to them.

Perfect from start to finish

Perfect from start to finish. The whole team were a delight to deal with; always happy, always polite and always helpful. I like the way Deluxe Cruises do business. They don't demand full settlement weeks early, they keep you up to date and always offer help if this old dog finds some new tricks a challenge.
