So disappointed with the response from the manager, who advised they wouldn't be providing me with a quote, due to me not booking all the cruises I enquired about. All the stranger given we've booked a number of cruises through this company. The very nature of how cruise companies price cruises doesn't make it transparent as to what the final price will be and what will be included in that price, hence why you need to obtain a quote.
Never mind, there are lots of companies out there that will happily provide me with a quote and recognise its an enquiry that may lead to business.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the fact that we could not give you Quotations for the six cruises you held options for whilst on board. As I explained to you, we are a small business and cannot provide the in-depth and time consuming Quotations we give for multiple options. In the past, we have given you 19 Quotations and you booked 9 of them. This is a further six, plus an additional one you subsequently requested. As you know, we do not just send a quick email with a price for the cruise, but we create a personalised Quotation including information about passports / visas / health / detailed flight & hotel info (if available), what is and is not included in your cruise fare - all of this takes a lot of time. We do not want you to book something and get a nasty surprise afterwards. It is good that you have found an agency who are to your liking. We all wish you happy cruising in the future.

I had the privilege of making the first ever Trustpilot review of Deluxe Cruises way back in March 2022 and it is great to see a further glowing 163 reviews on Trustpilot since then.
I have used Deluxe Cruises on a regular basis for many, many years and both their pricing and service has been exemplary on every occasion. The team at Deluxe Cruises and in particular Claire Jeyes have recently gone “above and beyond” in sorting out a cancellation and re-booking of a cruise with Seabourn following my wife’s illness. Seabourn’s terms and conditions relating to changing my booking were labyrinthine to say the least and I could not have done it without Claire’s help and assistance. Pleased to be number 164 on the list of Trustpilot reviews---long may our relationship with Deluxe Cruises and their wonderful team of lovely ladies continue.
