Pestilentional company

Pestilentional company. They have taken a brief to chase up an illegally issued PCN (my wife was within the 10 minute overstay allowance) and I have today just received ANOTHER threatinging letter.
I hope they do take the case to court. Ours is strong and I shall counter-sue for harrassment.

Great Company with great staff

The team were professional and very helpful the whole process, gotten the desired outcome with minimal stress. Tony, Liam and all other parties involved in my case were fantastic, and as much as I hope not to need them again, I know if I do that they’ll look after me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I made the mistake of a quick Google search about payment from a debtor, and within minutes, I received a sales call from a member of their team who were confident they could retrieve my money.
My court judgement and payment of £80 was provided.
DCBL have now given up on my case and have invoiced me a Compliance/Abortive fee of £75+ VAT 'as per their T&Cs'.

They said they were really confident…

They said they were really confident they could help, demanded a £900 payment upfront to chase a debtor but never caught him. They tried tracking the debtor for a short while before declaring the case closed. Their demeanor in emails from them and phone calls with them were all abrupt and unhelpful. They're big bold advertisers etc. but next time I will try elsewhere to avoid the pain and loss, find someone else.

Totally incompetent

Totally incompetent, harassing my 85 yr father even though I have sent them my address with proof 5 times. Police informed so hoping that will stop them.
How this company has got on TV is a mystery.

Absolute Foul company.

Absolute disgusting company,gave me 2 tickets while waiting to pickup a £3.75 job and your company have taken them to court and turned that into £778 .I rang up and spoke to a man ,he was stone cold hearted , dgas that my youngest son was murdered and I was driving to his grave when you're on the phone ringing while I was driving and because one payment has been missed which by the way you took £115 from my universal credit and have left me with no money to live on you then want another £47 for a missed payment which I Can't afford,I want the Manager to phone me because I want to put a N245 form into the court to tell them I Cannot afford £115 a month for 6 months from 2 parking tickets totalling 45 minutes parking, I'm there trying to make a pittance and your there trying to bleed me dry.Shame on the Lot of you.

Cowboy company who haven’t got a clue…

Cowboy company who haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I used chat gpt to fight my parking ticket and they lost their bottle and dropped the case after taking it to county court. A child could win against these oxygen thieves. Highly recommend anyone telling them where they can stick their claim. Better luck next time losers

Recovered my debt within weeks

Dcbl managed to recover a debt I thought would be impossible. On their first visit. Kevin got full payment straight away despite many attempts by the debtor to obstruct and lie. Well done, thank you so much.

No empathy or understanding at all…

No empathy or understanding at all spoken to two members of staff who were both rude and didn’t care at all about the situation and just demanded their money! Very sad state of affairs and make you wonder how these people work for companies like this. Our debt passed between two companies and the other one has been amazing just a shame the officers here don’t actually listen to the fact and consistently demand money.

All bull and NO FACTS!

All makes for this scamming company! My debt was originally sorted by another company months ago and then here appears these scammers. They disregard every shred of evidence you give them and you just get told to pay the debt for your best interest. I've asked for evidence but they can't provide (there isn't any because the case is SHUT) and well the telephone manner is appalling. I have now got in touch with the previous debt collectors to provide proof of payment and to see if they will actually drop the none existing case. I will be seeking legal advice in the near future. So if you want your mental health to take a rapid decline this is the company to be dealing with. If I could have given a minus I would have done

They littarlly robbed me

I get they are a debt company but I have 2 policies in place where they can't contact me or take any payments they somehow took money out of my bank illigally and now can't find that money absolute joke they took the last bit of money I had in my bank for food shopping

I dealt with debt companies before and these live in fairy world and think there above the law

Absolutely shocking company.

Absolutely shocking company.
Made a payment to them in August of £147 with a follow up payment due in September which they never took. End of October rolls round i received an email saying I hadn't made payment and my balance was now £17 higher due to non payment. Called them sent proof of payment twice. Next email i receive, states the client has now told them to close the case. No confirmation of payment nothing. So called them today for an update and still disputing payment. Utter con artists

Responding to DCBL'S response stating I should send all necessary proof. All proof was sent twice and both times your agents decided it still wasn't enough. Despite showing payment dates transaction numbers ect. Not only did you state I didn't make the payment. My bank was unable to return the money as the money was for a debt thay I did owe. The company you represented then said to drop it. So all the stress you caused me. All the running around I had to do because you are incompetent as a company. Im down £147 and you still refuse to accept fault.

absolute shocking company I was owed…

absolute shocking company I was owed £2,500 by someone personally and they virtually said they would 100% get the money owed , now they are taking £10 a month from her, I only get £5 it will take over 40 years to pay back with the fees they dont tell you about
they add on top, miss leading sales people who dont mention the charges just the 99% pass rate which was a joke DO NOT TRUST / TOTAL SCAMMERS

In 6 months they have written a letter…

In 6 months they have written a letter then two months later attended the property and nothing since, so they have wasted 6 moths of the validity of the writ. I have put in a formal complaint to which they replied they have acted accordingly. Their conduct falls well below any expectations and have now hampered the collection of my goods and money. They are worthy of the 2 star rating they have. Absolutely disgusting and I should get a refund for money already paid.
If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours from the receipt of my email, I will be reporting this to the High court.

I have used these collection agents…

I have used these collection agents several times before but very disappointed that they failed to collect. We run a small business and will never use them again
The person who owes us money is blatantly conning them telling lies. Said he lived at the address the he didnt, he ran a business from the address yet he was never there then had moved joke. I dont believe that he was never there they should have gone early on a morning never again

I got in touch with Tony about a…

I got in touch with Tony about a medical refund issue, he talked .e through the process clearly and would take on my case if needed. I then had a follow up call to see how i was progressing and had very good advice on the type of letter i should write a non threatening but firm worded and amazingly it did the trick after a couple of weeks i had my refund and must thank DCB for advice,im sure if dcb had taken on my debtors a successful outcome would have resulted Cant thank them enough.
