The team at DBRoberts throughout the sale of my property have been exceptional and completed all work to the highest of standards.
Emily Little, was very professional when handling the matter of negotiating the sale of my property and helped support my understanding of the process. Steve Dunham was also excellent when it came to marketing my house and providing me with all the information on the sale, explaining all the key areas and completing all required jobs swiftly ensuring the sale proceeded quickly and efficiently. I'd like to thank the team at DBRoberts for their hard work. I would 100% recommended to anyone requiring an Estate Agent In Shrewsbury.

Emily was helpful and pleasant

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emily Little at DBRoberts Estate Agents, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always available to answer my questions, and provided valuable recommendations on reputable solicitors and mortgage brokers. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the journey. Thanks to Emily's hard work and commitment, I found my dream home in no time. I highly recommend Emily Little and DBRoberts Estate Agents to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services.

The staff are always so polite and helpful. Any questions are answered promptly and honestly.

DB Roberts manage my property effectively, with good communication from tenants to myself and back again, they have been very helpful and prompt when sorting issues for both myself and the tenants. Can't complain at all :)

Bethany was really helpful sorting my move, the process was painless and easy, highly recommended

Staff friendly, knowledgeable. I was given advice on some questions I asked and also my plumber let me down and they were able to resolve my problem very quickly.
An invaluable service to working landlords, thank you to Lisa and Nicole and the team working behind the scenes.

Excellent service

Emily was an absolute gem and kept us updated through our journey when we sold our house. Always had feedback on viewings and we were kept updated after we sold. Communication is key D B Roberts understands this

100% recommend

From valuation to listing (so far) Dan, Gary, Alex have all been wonderful. Such a lovely friendly team. Gary is a hoot! I was nervous having somebody come and photograph the house as it is a personal project but Gary put me at ease and had me in stitches within seconds of opening the door. Thank you for what you have done so far. Now all we have to do is sell it!! 😘🙏🏼😆👌🏼

Best estate agents by far!

We just put our property on the market a week ago.Lottie, Dan, Emily and Adam have all been the epitome of professional. They have been nothing but enormously friendly and helpful and have made some really meaningful suggestions already. I would definitely recommend the Stafford branch. You can tell that they are all hardworking, intelligent and approachable professionals. Thank you so much for taking our property.

D B Roberts are very efficient and are a pleasure to deal with

Bethany is a star!
Bethany has always communicated well regarding any works that need doing to our home and never complains even when I feel like I’m nagging. Couldn’t ask for a nicer property manager

Nicole at DB Roberts Oakengates, was quick to respond to me and kept me updated throughout. She was fast and efficient.

Great customer service, proactively ensuring I was always kept up to date.

Thanks to everyone in DB Roberts in Oakengates. And to Nicole Stiller who kept me updated through the procedure and explained everything very well. The staff was very kind and respectful.

Very good at communicating always at the end of the phone, keeping me in the loop with everything and very friendly staff

Engaged DB Roberts to sell a property, Communication was dreadful, in a 12 week period i was promised call backs on five separate occasions that just didn't happen. When I complained I was promised a manager would be my single point of contact going forward - guess what? She didnt return my call! Following an email complaint the staff chose not to phone me (as the complainant and main contact on the sale) instead opting to phone my 82 year old mother (the property owner). On another occasion I progress chased and was told they hadn't anything to report as they couldn't contact a recent viewer. I chased a week later to be told they'd spoken to them shortly after my previous call but they just hadnt bothered to update me. Generally made to feel unimportant and an inconvenience. Have now moved agents.

DB Roberts’s agents they’ve been nice, kind and respectful but the most important characteristic is that they are efficient, they move fast and get things done, and that’s a key factor when you want to sell our house!

We cannot commend Emily highly enough. From day one, not only did she efficiently & professionally manage enquiries but she proactively sought prospective purchasers for our property. She was always aware & up to date regarding the process & was a pleasure to deal with. We believe ourselves to be fortunate to have had Emily as our primary point of contact.
