Wrong order sent out by the company. I had to reorder, pay for delivery again and pay to return the item. No refund as yet. Apparently it can take 28 days. I won’t be using this company again.

They were a present so I cannot comment of comfort but they looked like the right things and the missus seemed happy with them.

When I placed my order for a large number of costumes the system allowed me to pay for all the sizes I needed but I was contacted shortly after and told all the sizes weren’t available. It was frustrating but Sarah was quick to let me know what they did have and also sent me a couple to try for size and work out if we could make some alterations. After agreeing the order, the costumes arrived very quickly and, with a few adjustments, worked perfectly.

Found a lovely outfit for my daughters baton twirling competition. Ordered and delivered in the time that was stated. Very pleased with the size too. Thank you very much. We will buy again from you.

Was told the item wasn’t in stock even though their website said it was. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

Excellent thank you sending the correct leotard !!!!

I placed the order for my daughter's leotard on 28/08/24 and received the order on 05/09/24. The leotard was faulty, it was ripped on the top front. I contacted Dazzle Dancewear on the same day and sent pictures. I was promised that a replacement leotard would be sent out. Today is 13 days after I reported the issue and I still have no replacement. My daughter is very disappointed. Extremely poor customer service!

The wrong size leotard was sent out, I ordered a size 0, a size 1 arrived. It was too late for the correct size to arrive in time for my daughter’s first lesson.

Resolved the return

Lovely shoes, but, unfortunately, very poor communication and service. I was sent the wrong size: I ordered 4, and I received 4.5. I emailed and asked for them to send me the correct size without me having to send the shoes back, pay for a return and wait for a replacement, since the fault wasn't mine. I attached pictures as a proof. I never heard back from them, nor did any shoes appear in the post. If I hadn't found someone else to use them for the event, it would have been a waste of my time, money and efforts.

Delivery of 1st position tap shoes, all good, but there retuning of your money is poor, 28 days for a refund these days 🤔 not all people can wait that long for there money to be given back, considering you may need to reorder because the item don’t fit.

Communication is not good. Do not reply to e-mails.

The dress was beautiful, but had to return because of the size. I still haven't received the refund. It is almost 2 months. They don't reply to the emails.
I don't recommend.
