STILL WAITING FOR REFUND
I bought a pair of dancing shoes on 21 August and they were too tight. I returned them two days later as I could not get to Post Office until Monday. It is now 9 October and I am still awaiting a refund. I have had an email stating refunds can take up to 28 days. They take payment straightaway - this does not seem fair to me and I have a feeling I may not receive a refund. I will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered a costume for my daughters dance competition. It arrived quickly but the wrong size from what I ordered. I sent back the same day (14th January) for an exchange initially, but I couldn't wait any longer so I ordered the correct size elsewhere and asked for a refund.
It's now 16th February and I'm still waiting for a refund.
When contacted each time their response is that refunds/exchanges take up to 28 days. Its now been 33 days since I sent the item back and I've not received a penny neithee a reasonable explanation..

Full refund was processed within the 28 working day period (Monday-Friday) we are sorry for the delay, at this point we were overwhelmed with returns and this was explained via email, we always aim to process returns within a 14 day period however during the year this can extend up to the full 28 days. Apologies.
