I love my David Austin Roses
David Austin roses are always special. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to. In excellent condition. I can't wait until they bloom! I ordered them in April and they were here in May!

Excellent bareroots!
Quality roses, I always get a few more every year and the bareroots are amazing! I've never had a problem with the bareroots, they are big, grow fast and flower the same year.
The small potted are so-so, the one I got last year didn't make it and I got a quick replacement, customer service was prompt and my new one looks great, much bigger.

The rose was in wonderful shape upon arrival. A week after planting it looks as green and healthy as it did when it arrived.

The service I received was outstanding
The service I received was outstanding. The shrub rose I ordered wasn't thriving/surviving and DA sent a replacement plant. I ordered a second but now both weren't doing well. I contacted DA regarding my issue and they quickly resolved the matter.

This is my third time ordering from you…
This is my third time ordering from you and so far its been great . My roses that I got 3 years ago are now leaping 3 to 4 feet wide and up to 7 feet tall . Delivery is the only thing that's a little weird I. My zone 9 may is not the best time to send 1 quart plants and Feb- march For bare root is not good either . Jan. For bare root and fallor early spring for plants. I will baby them so they have a chance to root in . Our summer are brutal and long.

I have ordered 4 roses over the last year and only 2 were the right rose. They are beautiful and healthy, but they are not what I ordered. Thank you.

Love, Love my roses!! So satisfied with packaging and the condition of my roses, two came with one bloom and the other three had buds on them. The only thing was that they had discoloration, but I think because of the transport. I will be keeping an eye on them giving them the nutrients needed. Now just waiting to receive my next order!!
