Read the reviews w/ common sense people, this business is not worth the headache.
You start off getting Prequalified thru Bank Breezy on the Bitty advance site 1st 🚩
Now you have individuals from various other companies like ROK Financial, McMichael capital, etc. that have your information do whatever they want to, so many 🚩🚩🚩🚩
& yes everybody ends up on the “circle back list” no matter how many times you tell them to kick rocks.
Don’t give David Allen your info or business.

Hello, I'm sorry you have heard from other funding companies. We are not affiliated with any of them, nor do we share your information. Experian, however, has people who buy leads from them and when someone tries to get funding, they sometimes sell that "lead" to other funding providers who call you. We cannot stop Experian or any credit reporting agency from selling that information to other companies. But we don't do it. It is no different than if you apply for a house, you quickly start hearing from moving companies, cabinet manufactures, windows, etc. We don't buy those leads, nor do we sell them. But I would hope you will go review Experian and the companies who called you without you asking them too...rather than us who did nothing wrong. They are the ones who bought a "trigger lead" and bother people. We don't tele-market at all. Please edit your review-we aren't the ones bothering you. We went to work to try to get you a funding offer. I don't know who you are so I can't speak to your file. But we love helping business owners and don't like getting negative reviews-especially when we honor what we promote. As a business owner, I hope you understand bad reviews aimed at the wrong people. We asked this reviewer to reveal who they are to us in private so we can look into their allegations. They replied with fake information. We believe this is a fraudulent review.

They claimed my bank statements was altered, I don’t know how that would even be possible. I don’t know if this is a legit company or if they just wanted my information because they’re still constantly emailing me after they claimed I was denied

Hello Erika, I am sorry the funding underwriters declined you (not us-but the funding partners we refer to) and stated you had altered bank statements. Unfortunately, people try it regularly. However, our partners have ways to verify the legitimacy of the statements. I'm sorry they (more than one provider) believes your statements have been altered. We at DAC do not make those judgements, we only pass on what the underwriters report to us. As far as you continuing to get emails from our automated email system. Are they coming from DavidAllenCapital or someone else? I will make sure you are removed from the DAC system if you weren't already. You can also "unsubscribe" at any time. My apologies. Hello and we are sorry you did not qualify for funding with our funding partners. Our system gives a preapproval based on your stated information -before it has been verified. Based on the answers you gave on the form you were prequalified. As things get verified decisions can change. I'm not sure what the underwriter saw? There are several things that can cause an application to go from prequalified to decline. Things such as revenues in the bank not matching what was stated on the application, or multiple bounce checks, or lower credit score than submitted, or existing liens or background check issues. Over 90% of the clients who go from prequalified to decline simply didn't have the revenue they stated on their applications. And they don't meet our minimum eligibility requirements. I'm not certain which category this fits into for you but again sorry we couldn't sorry or funding partners could not approve you. -David Rutz, Founder of David Allen Capital

Hello, we are not able to determine who you are from this review. However, if you are an actual client who tried to get funding from us, we are sorry it didn't meet your pricing. Fortunately, it sounds like you got an approval if you are commenting on the "rates". We help when the banks cannot. Of course, the prices are higher than collateralized bank loans (which 80% of businesses cannot get approved for). Most business owners don't have collateral to put up, or the credit and profit to meet bank qualifications. We are proud we have providers who will provide an offer and let the business owner decline the offer, rather than being declined by funding provider. And again, we represent all the top providers and we present the best offer available. So our offers are hard to beat in the marketplace. Again, sorry it didn't fit your needs. But if bank rates are needed, then the bank is where one must go. Please edit your review to a better star rating, knowing we delivered on the service we promise. The best available funding offers.

I am an agent with David Allen Capital and have been for a few years. This company, the owner and staff are all very professional, have the highest integrity and are working to help small business owners thrive. As an agent, I am proud to be a part of this business and am very blessed to have this opportunity. I don't believe there is any better offer available anywhere. There is zero cost and the support and commissions are amazing. Also, there is no cost to business owners to apply for funding and find out what they qualify for.
