Guideone absolutely came through! They were in constant communication and able to completely assist us after our building flood. Staff was in constant communication and coordinated all ancillary companies so that our reimbursement was full and timely. Timeliness was not as fast as it could have been, vacations, scheduling the different inspectors.
Perhaps having one inspector who had the capabilities to properly assess the high slate roof come the first time it would have saved you time (and me)and money

The adjuster called me within a day to discuss claim. The inspector came within the week and was very open with me. Although our claim was not approved (covered) both were helpful.

When I called about a pipe that leaked…
When I called about a pipe that leaked in the church, I spoke with BEN FEUCHT. He was so very kind and helpful. As soon as we got the bill for the repairs, he immediately started the payment for our claim, and we had it in our bank account within a couple of days.
The leak occurred on July 26, 2026, and the claim was paid on Aug.5, 2026. Thank y'all and God bless.
