And now the brokers website is taken down, they keep giving me the run around about the lender not paying them. But my clients loans got paid. And they did say there was a broker fee paid. Nobody communicates with each other. They will tell you that they have approval for you for a certain amount, but then, when you go to sign, they never actually ran your application. It's a bait and switch.
