Ordered a very small product from Cyclop. I left this till the last moment as it was a gift for my sister who was travelling.
Cyclop helped in making sure I got the item in time before she travelled. Super awesome!!!!

Very prompt service and availability of spares for an American brand cycle (Mari four corners) was a great help.

This is worst e-commerce experience I ever had. I ordered Shemano Derailleur on 27 Apr 22, and it reached me only on 13 May 22. That is a very fast delivery as per these guys. Secondly, the item I received is of claw type and I need direct mount. But unfortunatelyy order was claw hangar as both types of items were placed in single page and it takes lot of attention while ordering. I accepted my mistake and asked for an exchange as I could not use the item, then there was the reply which says to sell the item to other cyclists as there is no return policy for Shemano. The policies of cyclop are meant to protect their interests only and they don't have any concern towards customers. Worst of all they charge postage charges also from you. A real stupidity in these times where thousands of ecomerce companies are there to provide required items. A great lesson learnt. That was my last purchase and to remind of these unprofessional guys I will keep the Derailleur as a momento.

Poor customer service. I had placed an order for niterider front light and cateye tail light. I did COD and bill showed 200₹ extra. When I received the order, they charged 200₹ for each item!! Customer service was lousy and took an hour to respond. Disappointed. These people don’t have contact number on their website and only way to get in touch with is through that silly chat box. Inefficient and money grabbing is all I have to say. I would suggest buy things from local store or bumsonthesaddle.com

I don’t know how to reply to the comment from the cyclop. So I’m doing it here. I was still charged 200₹ for one item. The other item I sent back because if I accepted, that would still be another ₹200. So, yes you did charge extra ₹200!!! I have receipts. I can’t upload pictures here otherwise I would. So I don’t know what you on about. That query about the express shipping was before I placed an order and has nothing to do with the review here. My opinion still stands. Awful customer service. I mean you are more bothered about your reviews here than improving customer experience and that speaks volume.

Good site for purchase. Received item as expected. Only one drawback not giving back money (but give credit) if you want to exchange for size but your requested size not available.

Thank you for making these products available in India. I was looking for shimano xc shoes and eh500 pedals and this was the only place I could find them.

Cyclop looks trendy and sell fancy items at very very high price. Whereas in my case I ordered some items and got one item missing. I asked help from cyclop support and it was a mistake. They seems unprofessional and clearly denied to investigate. they don't have guts to accept their mistake.

I think cyclop is the only organization which have availability of huge products,spares,lubes in all the possible category. Irrespective of the profit opportunity for the organization I feel cyclop is doing a sort of social service to the bicycle enthusiasts. People have no idea what park tools are in my city. But thankfully they are available with help of cyclop.
