Felt comfortable in wearing and ride

There's no way of removing the pin if it breaks.
The rod on the screw should have been removable too.
Expensive to just use-and-throw.

Don't buy from here I order a freewheel from here it was big so I request them to exchange the product they said please ship the product by yourself and I have to bare the delivery charges which I already paid 150 while ording it these guys are just fooling us

I have ordered a cycling short and did not receive any information about the status of the shipment. When I mailed you people after 3-4 days I got a reply that the product is out of stock so I can purchase some other product or get a refund. Like what kind of website are you running when you can't maintain a simple stock management system. And I neede the shorts desperately as I had my race after 4 days which was the maximum delivery time mentioned during checkout. Very disappointed and will never order anything from cyclop in future even if the price is less than others.

I had ordered 2 product SHIMANO 7 SPEED CASSETTE AND HG71 7 SPEED COMPATATABLE CHAIN BOTH COSTS RS 2100with order Id CYCLOP 26598 and made payment soon REALISED THAT MY CYCLE REQUIRED FREEWHEEL INSTEAD OF CASSETTE I IMMEDIATELY TRY TO CHECK FOR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT ONLY FOUND A WHATSAPP NUMBER AND EMAIL SO I IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT WASTING TIME I RAISED MY QUERY SINCE I PLACED ORDER ON SUNDAY I STRONGLY BELIEVED ORDER CAN BE AMENDED BUT WHEN ON MONDAY I GOT ORDER CONFIRMATION MAIL. I TRIED TO MAIL THEM MY CONCERN SINCE PRODUCT IS NOT YET PICKED UP BY DELHIVERY COURIER AGENT EVEN TODAY IE MONDAY ,THEY CAN AMEND THE ORDER BY SIMPLE STEPS AS THERE IS ONE FULL DAY TO DO IT BUT SINCE WE R ONLY RECIVING AUTOMATIC REPLY AND NO VOICE SUPPORT I AM FORCED TO WAIT AS PER AUTOMATIC RESPONSE FORM EMAIL THEY ARE SUGGESTING NOT TO ACCEPT DELIVERY AND WHEN THE COURIER REACH THE SELLER THEY WILL CONSIDER EDITING OF ORDER .BUT I AM ASKING ONE QUESTION EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE HAVING PRODUCT IN THEIR HAND ON MONDAY WHY CANT THEY REPACK THE PRODUCT AS PER MY REQUEST AS DONE BY AMAZON AND TERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN SHIMANO 7 SPEED CASSETTE AND FREEWHEEL PRICE AND CAN AVOID 2 WEEK TIME DELAY.

Guys you really need to work on your delivery partners, you use delhivery is fine for many but if someone want product in urgent basis you should have an option for urgent delivery.

I order product before 7 days and still product is in transit, I need to wait more 3 days, just tell me why should I wait? If I know this happened I never order it from your website.
