Custom Lux PCs Omdömen

Better than every other. Competition doesn't stand a chance when people realize what Custom Lux is bringing to the table 💪

My order had a little bit of trouble with payment as one of the pay methods trapped the funds in limbo Pat was very helpful and we worked together to eventually resolve the issue and from there on the build was finished fast and received the build within 2 weeks! The PC works great and was everything I could of hoped for, despite to the unfortunate start, I would definitely recommend Custom Lux to any potential buyer

Very responsive, and great value for the product. All around great experience.

Absolutely stellar experience with Custom Lux PCs!

From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. The custom-built computer they created for me is not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly powerful. The price was unbeatable, offering fantastic value for such high-quality craftsmanship.

Communication with their team was flawless. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

I only wish I had discovered Custom Lux PCs sooner. If you're looking for a top-notch custom PC at an excellent price, look no further.

Highly recommended!

Great people to work with.
Its Easy to get in touch with this shop they will reply to your questions. This shop will be my goto for all PC needs. Top Notch Customer Service with a Guy named Pat that is awesome to work with.

I ordered a custom Hyte PC from Pat here at Custom Lux PCs. His work is beyond amazing and impressive. His customer service is superb. Pat ensured that this custom build was up to par with what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. This PC is not only of quality but also aesthetically fitting within my game room. I’ve received so many compliments. I chose to go with Custom Lux PCs due to all the high rating reviews and I am so happy I did. Pat’s work lives up to his business name. Thanks so much Pat! You are awesome!

Nothing but amazing, love my new pc. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pre built

I recently purchased a custom-built PC from Custom Lux PCs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a first-time PC buyer with limited knowledge, Pat, the owner, patiently explained every detail and guided me through the entire process. The PC itself is not only beautifully designed and quiet but also performs flawlessly. Pat's exceptional customer service and clear communication truly set him apart. If I ever need to upgrade or build a new PC in the future, I know exactly where to go. Highly recommended!

I don't have a lot of tech knowledge but I was guided through the whole purchase. The differences between the PCs were explained thoroughly to help me make a decision. Once I made the purchase the PC arrived a week later. I couldn't be happier. I use the desktop for work and day trading.

Top tier custom service with top of the line products! They make the pc build process easy for everyone including those who don't speak geek. They work with all budgets and will do their best to get you the most bang for your buck! You will not find another pc build company that's better than them.

I have been trading from a laptop for a while now and was looking for a more permanent solution. I purchased the Wolf of Wall Street and could not be happier with the purchase. It allows me to execute trades quickly and has plenty of "horsepower" when running up to 6 real-time programs simultaneously. On top of this it looks great and Pat was awesome, he even took my call on a Saturday evening when I had a question. Great computer and even better customer service!

I was in the market for a new computer for day trading. After Google searching and checking out multiple options, it was Pat at Custom Lux PCs that won my business due to the personal attention, custom build, and multiple options that fit my budget and needs. He even delayed shipping for me since I was going to be out of town so it wasn't sitting on my doorstep for a few days. The computer build is amazing and I could not be happier with it. If/when I need another computer, I will be returning to Custom Lux PCs for sure!

The owner is by far the best customer support I've ever had. Helped me out with my custom pc very well and just now helped me with a new windows key for windows 11 100/10 would recommend a pc from here

CustomLuxPCs was extremely responsive and helpful when I had a Microsoft issue with my laptop. This was not a laptop issue so technically they didnt have to help me. I spend hours on a Microsoft chat and then more hours on the phone without any solutions. CustomLuxPCs went over and beyond to help me and get my laptop working again. Highly recommend it to anyone who values customer service and the overall experience, not something you see these days.

Everything was great from start to finish.

Custom Lux built me one of their mid-range PCs for gaming, trading, and general work. It arrived quickly and well packed. After some initial testing, I found the GPU was under-specced from what I ordered. Pat immediately offered to make it right, and we agreed to an upgraded GPU from what I ordered. Pat walked me through swapping the cards, and talked me through hours of troubleshooting on both a Saturday evening and well after midnight on a Wednesday. We actually discovered the RAM was faulty, and again Pat immediately made it right. Once we had that sorted, my PC booted right up and was running even better than before. I am stoked on my purchase, and I now have an awesome, future-proof machine to work on for years to come.

I had a great experience with customluxpcs 🩵
My pc is exactly what I wanted it to be. I even do not have words to explain my excitement when it arrived to me ✨ it’s perfect for streaming and playing video games.
And in the future I’ll definitely use their service to update my pc

I had a great experience with custom Lux. They made the process seamless. He was very patient and answered all of my questions to ensure I ordered the right PC. It arrived on time and I absolutely love the product. 5 stars across the board.
