Great experience. Always knowledgeable and reliable. The service was fast and easy. I will definitely use again with further purchases.

HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Process was so smooth and the deal feels unreal! i love my new pc so much!! Customlux was so easy to work with and had excellent communication throughout the process. I also traded in my old pc which helped reduce the price for my new custom PC build. Absolutely 10/10 experience. I will be a returning customer!

Pat did a fantastic job on my personal and work rigs.

The best company hands down! I was looking for a computer a long time ago, and stumbled across customluxpcs. The customer service is on point, price are the most affordable and the builds are out of this world. Been buying from them for more than 4 years now and I’m in love. Get your build today, you won’t regret it!

My experience was great, they took their time going over computers that would fit within My budget along with hearing what I was looking for in a computer. This is a company that does not try to upsell you at all Which is very appreciated when you’re not 100% sure what you’re looking for. Not to mention, they have great customer service that’s available to you. 24 seven and will even help you remotely if going to the store is too far. I’ve never seen a business go above and beyond further customers. This is definitely true customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future

It was my first time buying a gaming pc, I had a lot of questions and Pat answered all of them with great detail and very quickly. If anybody i know is looking to buy a PC i would recommend Custom Lux every time!

A year into trading and not a tech guy, I knew I needed a good machine to be serious in my venture. Patrick was always available for any questions and recommended components that saved money for a budget. Fantastic build!! Sent pics at completion and arrived precisely within the projected timeframe, packaged safely. Custom Lux is the real deal folks!! Will always and highly recommend!! - proud owner of a Wolf of Wall Street- Custom Lux PC’s

I was trading off my laptop and was looking for my first PC. I’ve had my PC for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the setup and price. Shipped my PC to Canada with no issues. Will be a return customer for sure. 10/10 Customer Service.

Pat went above and beyond in building my gaming pc and I received it a day earlier than expected. I was a bit nervous given he’s a smaller business with no store front but reviews helped me make my decision and I couldn’t be happier. Would absolutely recommend Pat and custom lux to friends and family.

Can’t recommend high enough, hands down the best. Amazing build quality and customer service. Extremely satisfied.

It was time for a gaming computer upgrade and a recommendation of Custom Lux caught my eye. Sent an email having an interest in a custom build and Pat was quick to respond. He sent a computer spec list that I felt comfortable with and kept me updated along the way. Computer arrived safely and I feel my money was well spent. I will very much keep Custom Lux in mind when it is time for an upgrade or if a friend needs a suggestion of where to go for their own new computer.

As advertised! Great price, great rig, fair trade in and A1 service. I highly recommend Custom Lux pcs for your next rig.

great costumer service, helped me with everything i needed and helped me even weeks after the PC arrived.

Amazing experience and absolute gentleman. Very friendly and patient with the whole process.

I was in the market for a trading computer. I came across Pat's site and sent him an email to ask a few questions. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions- even pointing out options I did not need and how to save money. The computer arrived quickly and works perfectly. I recommend Custom Lux PC without reservation. Great quality equipment and great service.

Definitely would recommend Custom Lux! Our company was in a pinch, and Pat went to great lengths to ensure we could find a quick solution for some higher-end devices made for ML processing. The initial issue was resolved and as such we didn't end-up purchasing, but the interaction was a pleasant experience. Pat was very professional and fast to communicate, spoke with one of our engineers long after business hours where he provided professional knowledge to ensure we found the best solution, and was willing to work with our tight time constraint. He knows his stuff and you can feel his passion for what he does through his interactions.

Pat was very responsive in the whole process. I got 2 computers done recently from him. Quick turnaround and professional service

Pat from Custom Lux PCs went above and beyond! He not only sent personal texts thanking me for my order, but he also sent pictures of the PC once it was finished. He is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The PC arrived on time as promised. It was packaged wonderfully to keep all the parts safe during shipping. This computer is incredible! Pat even personally followed up with me once the PC was delivered to make sure we didn’t have any questions. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!
