Custom Lux PCs Omdömen

My son was originally thinking about building his PC with his friends. He had zero experience, so I was hesitant. That’s when we found Custom Lux PCs. It was truly a great experience, and the best decision we made. Pat is so kind and responsive and knowledgeable. He saved us a TON of headaches, blood, sweat, and tears. My son’s PC is beautiful and it runs all of his games perfectly on ultra settings, I 1000% recommend Custom Lux PCs. Thank you!

Pat thank you so much. Pat went out of his way. I recommend if anybody needs PC work done to go to him. He works with you. Amazing work.😃

Recently got a 2nd high end gaming pc built, smooth process as always, updates along the build progress. Top quality/Delivery. Answered questions I had and gave recommendations. Definitely worth your time and money.

Recently bought a custom PC from Pat and I would highly recommend him. He's prompt about responding to your texts and also very honest. He wasn't a salesmen trying to up charge me on upgrades. PC came well packed with clear instructions. I would definitely come back as a customer!

Recently got a custom pre-built and it was genuinely the most chill, smooth-sailing experience. From helping pick out specs to delivery, they hand-hold you; not to mention the great prices. If my friends or family need a new PC, I would definitely recommend them!

Got.a custom pc from Custom lux pc very satisfied with the product

I found Pat from Custom Lux PC’s on Facebook, not only was his pricing extremely competitive, the customer service was above and beyond what anyone else would offer, he answered every question I had day or night, and his customization and build skills are superior to most custom and pre built PC’s. I love my new gaming PC.

I highly recommend Custom Lux PC’s.

Excellent communication. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me optimize my build by replacing motherboard, re wiring my cooler (which was never set up properly to begin with), and adding strimer cables. Very grateful for all the time Pat spent talking me through troubleshooting and offering assistance. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I have been buying computers for about 20 years now. All from different retailers, PC builders, websites, etc.

I can save pretty confidently that Custom Lux Pc‘s is the best place that I have bought from. Let’s start with the basic sing that you should get from any business that you buy a PC from, professionalism and time efficiency.

Not only do they help you personally walk through the specific build that you want to accomplish, they will make suggestions and recommendations to help either optimize your build or save you money but still get the top performance that you could possibly get.

Secondly, the attention to detail and Care is 10 out of 10. There are various opportunities where if it was anyone else they would’ve upsold me and wouldn’t of bated an eye. I was told on various occasions,” you can purchase that if you want but I highly recommend this which will give you the same performance for a cheaper price”. I love it when business owners help me not only save money but make recommendations to optimize what I am purchasing.

What I can tell you is if you buy from a large retailer you will not get the experience that you can get here. Imagine buying a suit from men’s warehouse versus buying a suit from a customized Taylor shop. The Taylor shop is going to give you a in-depth personal experience uniquely geared to your preference. Men’s warehouse would give you an overall experience that is not focused on the Minute details.

If you want to skip everything I’ve said and just focus on this one sentence, I can say I will never buy from any other company again and I will be getting all of my PCs from here.

From knowing very little about computers and wanting to customize one. Was able to ask what I considered the dumbest questions and I was explained in full detail what everything was how it worked. Customer service was 10/10. Will be buying another soon.

Excellent builder. Very easy to work with -- communication was quick and we were able to find a build that worked for me. Easily the best customer service I've experienced. The machine itself is gorgeous and executed very well. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Pat made a custom PC for my needs nothing more nothing less! I would highly recommend his expertise

I was saving up for my first true tower PC for 10 months, and by the time I had the money for the PC I was aiming for, most places were either sold out of the components I wanted or individual sellers were selling CPUs and GPUs at scalper prices. I decided to take a risk with Custom Lux PC’s. Pat built me a very nice PC with the exact specs I wanted at a very fair price! Best thing about buying from him is the super quick customer service. He’s with you every step of the way.

Patrick is the man for all pc needs and wants. I promise If you want a pc go with custom lux pc you will get everything you need and ask for for a excellent price. I wasn't charged scalping prices for my rtx 4090. I parted everything out and it was going to cost more than what Patrick was able to do it for even after figuring in the normal price for a 4090 when they first released. His builds also look absolutely fabulous I am truly satisfied and in love with the pc.

Bought a pc from Patrick about 2 years ago for trading and iracing. Has run flawless for 2 years. Had some problems with iracing the other night lagging. Sent him a message and he remoted onto my computer and fixed it for me in 10 minutes. Stand up guy and builds a great product.

We were in search of a PC with the highest specs and reasonable cost for our son on Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas, late at night we were lucky to find Custom Lux PC. We asked the ChatBot on the custom lux pc site a question, and to our surprise, the owner, Pat, responded. He not only responded, but walked us through the products and advised us to purchase something lower than our asked for pricepoint. Through the entire purchase process, Pat’s service was exceptional! He also ensured that the computer would arrive before Christmas Day. on arrival everything set-up perfectly. After purchase, We had an issue with our headset, reached out to Pat and he responded quickly. Our son says the computer is blazing fast with over 500 FPS (?) - thank you Pat for your outstanding product and service. Highest recommendation for custom Lux!

This is my second time around with Pat and everything preview reviews have said is why I came back! Prompt responses, always willing to answer questions, and advice on what parts to pick (if you have an idea of what you want) are just some traits I'd like to highlight. Not to mention some of the best pre-built prices around! Definitely worth 5 stars

Custom Lux PC exceeded my expectations! Pat was incredibly professional and prompt with communication, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The pricing was unbeatable—building the system myself would have cost more. The build quality is excellent, and I appreciated that the system came free of unwanted software. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a custom-built PC!

It was a great experience pat had the patience with me because I didn’t know anything about computers and help me out build my computer. Great costumer service and great pricing 10/10

I’ll start by saying that Pat is one of the very best builders and an all around great person. If you’re looking for a custom PC, look nowhere else. You won’t be disappointed! He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always available despite working around the clock. I first reached out to him in September and we went over everything in detail. No matter what stage you’re at, he’ll take care of you. If you know exactly what parts you’re looking for, he’ll find a way to make them work. Otherwise, he makes great suggestions for first time buyers who don’t know as much.

When I was ready to start the build in October, he was very accommodating and finished within 2 weeks. Payment was easy (he accepts basically everything) and the PC was thoroughly packaged and protected during shipping. Overall, I’ve been very happy with it and will definitely return to Custom LUX in the future! Many thanks again Pat!
