Custom Lux PCs Omdömen

Pat was absolutely amazing. He came directly to our location and suggested a simple but brilliant fix for our server fan by adding tape — a solution that finally resolved an issue we had been dealing with for months. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services 100%.

Patrick delivered sooner than expected an amazing high-end computer to me. In the development I’m doing I ran more than 30 machine learning algorithms, including several neural networks, transformers, etc., in an ensemble plus a LLM with 70 billion hyperparameters that between them load 160 tensors using both GPUs that used to take about 20 minutes to run in my old PC tower. In this new computer took only 1 minute and 10 seconds! Amazing!

I recently received my custom PC from Pat, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly to every question I had and gave helpful, straightforward advice as I worked through the different build options.

His recommendations pointed me toward parts that gave great performance and value without being overkill. The finished build arrived in perfect shape, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since with zero issues.

I’m really pleased with how it turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pat to anyone looking for a solid custom PC builder. Great work all around.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!! Any question I had was answered quickly and explained to where a non computer person could understand it. lol once delivered my son was able to contact him an he directed my son on how to install it!! Would definitely recommend anyone an everyone to order from him!!

Freaking awesome! So satisfied would order again!

I was skeptical buying from this site at first, but after talking with the owner about some of my favorite video games, I figured they could be trusted so I took the plunge and bought one of their dual 3090s custom workstation PC. Part of me was thinking, I would get scammed but the other part of me said, whatever. So I bought it and then after a smooth week or less, the PC was here at my house and I've had no issues with it.

Also there was some random guy on Reddit that said not to trust them for some reason, but I'm pretty sure at least one person has said this about every company out there. I will now, as a man of my word, recommend this company to all my friends who are in need of a professionally made custom PC.

From the start he was responsive and courteous. When a problem arose he answered offering suggestions and talked it out with me. The first problem it turns out had to do with an old driver that got installed by one of my apps. Then a hardware issue developed. He came, got the PC, replaced parts and delivered it again. Customer service next to none. Thanks Pat for standing behind your work.

Top tier customer service. Lightning fast response and build time. Work with custom lux with confidence!

I was referred to this company by a gamer friend and is had been the best experience I have ever had when it comes to PC builds. Pat was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. It was shipped to me within the first week or me ordering it and it was well packaged. Price was great and the product was even better. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a PC to buy from here.

This is the best computer we’ve ever owned, but above all the customer service was absolutely outstanding and personalized. I have never seen anything like it. I would definitely recommend buying your computer from this company.

Bought a PC recently. Pat showed me a picture and came to my place to test the PC. Very nicely built and a nice guy. I will buy my Hardware from him from now on.

I needed a machine to keep up with the ever changing technology landscape we all live in.

Patrick was great at understanding my needs, making expert recommendations and most importantly getting me the best bang for my buck.

If you need a machine, regardless of the need, stop reading this and get in contact with Custom Lux PCs already!

I was having trouble with my PC until I reached out to Custom Lux and they provided great customer support and was very knowledgeable of finding the solution to my problem. I will definitely buy another PC from them again. Thank you.

I needed a high-quality computer at my given budget for my computational physics research as a PhD student and Pat went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy with my machine. He started by listing all the combinations of component options suitable for my needs and then had the PC built within a few days. As I was in the New Jersey area, he even personally delivered it to my place and helped to set it up. Pat is always responsive and eager to help - for example, when I later couldn't figure out how to change my fans' lighting settings, he went out of his way to come to my place and have a look.

Pat worked with me and gave me a time frame for what I wanted. It all came together and had great communication thru the whole process. Fast shipping.

These guys are the best! I had so many questions and they answered each one in detail. The whole process of ordering my build was very straightforward, it took about a week from choosing my parts and getting my pc!

Great experience! The company was very responsive and knowledgeable through the whole process. PC arrived quickly and was fantastic quality. Will be buying from Custom Lux for my next build.

The customer service was incredible. Fast and quick communication between me and Pat (owner). If you’re in the NY/NJ area there’s free one day shipping and he’ll even come and service the computer for you or send someone out there to help if there are any problems, but can come with a service fee. He responds quickly and is open to help you with designing the optimal machine for your budget. Quick custom build and easy WiFi setup, easy to use first day and fast download speeds, as well as shutdown/bootup speeds.

This was my second build from CustomLux. Always excellent customer service- even years after a build is delivered. Great advice on the set up and very competitive pricing. New PC fired right up with no issues.
