Not a good experience again with…
Not a good experience again with Currys. The customer service needs to improve. The lack of knowledge and communication ends in customer disappointment and dissatisfaction. We ordered an air fryer online using their flexipay and chose to collect from the local store. We went to the store to collect it, but was told that we need physical ID. The order was placed in my name and my husband went inside the store to collect it.
My husband went to collect there the following day only to be told that they can only hand over the item to the person who ordered it. The staff never told us that, and I have to go in there again. It is just a waste of our time and money which could have avoided if there was proper communication from the staff. Not helpful at all. The attentiveness of the staff is poor and they don’t really care.

Helpful service
The juicer I wanted to purchase was on display, but there were no boxed
ones available on the shelf. There had been a run on sales due to the hot weather. The assistant checked availability and found the one remaining product. The service I received was friendly and helpful and, as the box was heavy, they carried out to my car.
