Very rude manager
I went into currys rugby today there was a problem with the item i was purchasing, £478, the manager said he needed to sort it but appeared to be just standing about. After more than half an hour he walked straight past us without any acknowlegement at which point i decided currys did not deserve my custom and walked out. Not a good example to a young assistant.

I ordered my new kettle on line to collect from store. I received notification that it was ready to collect after a few minutes. Collection process in store was fast and efficient. Jack the store assistant was extremely efficient.

The assistant serving us was ok helpful clear advice was good but that's where it ends no stock oh it will be a week ok I thought 3 days in i get a phone call the laptops we thought we had in stock we dont so it's going to be a fortnight not sure why I shop here there is always a BUT not happy out of my control.

Management staff refused to return online orders to store - against their own policy
Ordered online a monitor. Pickup in store. Went to return after realising there is no display port connection. Was told by Himesh I can only return online. Totally against their own written rule.
