Currys - Northampton Nene Valley Omdömen 

No problem ordering the item I wanted online and the price was the same as other retailers. However, the collection from store experience was dreadful. After several minutes of waiting for a store assistant to arrive, and having been unable to see any member of staff, I went in search of help. The assistant I spoke with told me to just go and wait again. When someone did arrive she said she would have to get another member of staff to serve me, but then returned a few minutes later to serve me herself. The store was extremely quiet, I only saw one customer browsing, so staff were not over stretched. Very, very poor customer service.

I had a great experience with Currys customer service at the Northampton store-Christine and Yannis ( note sure if that’s how u spell his name) were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout, and they made sure all my questions were answered. Yannis was especially helpful in assisting me with putting everything into my car, which I really appreciated. I’d also like to thank the young gentleman who helped me—I didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing glasses and was equally polite and helpful. Their teamwork and excellent customer service made my visit a really positive one.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager David was very unhelpful, not willing to help in anyway. Very rude and an awful attitude. I have raised a complaint which I was told I would receive a call back which has not happend. I was told by the manager to call a customer services number which I have done whilst I was in the store. They have advised they couldn't help and needed to be resolved In store, in which the manager David refused to even though another Currys colleague was on the phone to the customer services team that he gave me and heard them say " in store have to help" which he refused and said that the customer services have to. Very disappointing. I'm constantly going around the houses with no email or call back. Absolutely appauling service, i have never come across a person so unwilling to help. I Would never use again. An error was made by a new colleague who did not advise much needed information that was required during my sale. I'm still waiting for a refund and update.

Went to local the price was £30 more than web site stated sales assistant adjusted the price to match so very pleased

currys men brought the tv in set it up and left i had to get my nephew to sort it out i not very happy

Unexpected and welcome discount when purchasing a printer

Needed a new television and knew the one we wanted. There wasn’t any in stock so was ordered and arrived the next day. Very prompt and the service we received was very good.
