Had no stand alone ovens in stock and whilst colleague tried to be helpful I eventually bought a oven that was delivered next day I was happy with but had to buy a fused spur as I was looking for one to just plug and go but oven supptcame with cable but no plug.

Not In Stock !!!
Delivery was great, delivery guy's called me and as no one was in at the time I requested they leave at the rear of the property and asked if they could cover the white goods with the polythene sheet I had left beside the back door, they without fuss obliged.
However my beef would be i tried to purchase in store and was told that the stores do not hold items in warehouse and i would have to have the item delivered £25, this being the case i could have saved some petrol and ordered on line

The staff made my day
The staff made my day. I like banter and that's what I got from the lady that I dealt with on my purchase. The only down side was trying to pay for the vacuum as it was 40% of the stated price. That caused the lady to have difficulty in getting her way through the maze of this, and that, on your payment system. However we had a laugh and I went away happy.

The driver came twice, at neither time did he PHONE me, despite I was asked for and gave my phone No. at time of purchase. Another thing, I spelt my first name to the lady seeing to me.
